Abstract

본 발명은 생분해성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 생분해성 수지와 가공성 개선을 위한 첨가물을 적정량 혼합하여 수축개선, 탄성회복율 저감 등의 물성을 개선함으로써 생분해성 수지의 고유 특성인 생분해성의 저하 없이 생분해성 수지 원료 고유의 특성에 따른 낮은 생산성을 개선한 압출 생산성이 우수한 드레인 보드의 코어재용 생분해성 수지 조성물과 이를 이용한 드레인 보드의 코어재 및 드레인 보드의 제조방법에 관한 것이 개시된다. 본 발명의 생분해성 수지 조성물은 생분해성 고분자 화합물 100중량부에 대하여 탄산칼슘 5~60 중량부, 열가소성 수지 1~10 중량부, 활제0.1~5 중량부를 혼합하거나, 첨가물로써 탄산칼슘 60~90 중량부, 열가소성 수지 5~15중량부, 활제 1~5중량부를 포함하도록 펠렛(pellet)상태로 제조하여, 생분해성 고분자 화합물 100중량부에 상기 첨가물을 1~50 중량부 혼합함으로써 이루어진다.
