Description
Claims (13)
- 200Kよりも低い温度の冷却を行うブレイトンサイクル冷却装置であって、
室温に近い空間と200Kよりも低い膨張空間とを仕切る底部と、室温および200Kよりも低い温度の間の温度勾配を有するシリンダ内を滑走する円筒状の側壁とを備えたカップ型の往復ピストンを有する、ブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。 - 前記ピストンの長さは、前記ピストンの直径よりも短い、請求項1に記載のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- 前記ピストンの底部の厚さは、前記ピストンの直径の25%よりも薄い、請求項1に記載のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- 前記ピストンは、高温端に駆動ステムを有し、空圧的な力または機械的な力が前記駆動ステムに作用して、前記ピストンを往復運動させる、請求項1に記載のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- ガスは、高圧によって前記ピストンの低温端へ導かれ、ロータリーバルブを介して低圧へ排出される、請求項1に記載のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- 前記ピストンは、可変速度で往復運動する、請求項1に記載のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- 前記円筒状の側壁の内側は、少なくとも部分的に排気される、請求項1に記載のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- 前記ピストンの底部は、少なくとも80%の非金属材料を含む、請求項1に記載のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- 200Kよりも低い温度の冷却を行うガスバランス型のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置であって、
室温に近い空間と200Kよりも低い膨張空間とを仕切る底部と、室温および200Kよりも低い温度の間の温度勾配を有するシリンダ内を滑走する円筒状の側壁とを備えたカップ型の往復ピストンと、
前記ピストンの前記底部の高温端に取り付けられた駆動ステムと、を有するガスバランス型のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。 - 吸気バルブおよび排気バルブが、前記ピストンが前記シリンダの低温端の近くにあるときに高圧ガスを入れ、前記ピストンが前記シリンダの高温端の近くにあるときに低圧へガスを排気するために、前記シリンダの低温端に位置する、請求項9に記載のガスバランス型のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- ロータリーバルブが、前記ピストンが前記シリンダの低温端の近くにあるときに高圧ガスを導き、前記ピストンが前記シリンダの高温端の近くにあるときに低圧へガスを排気するために、前記シリンダの低温端に位置する、請求項9に記載のガスバランス型のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- 前記ピストンは、可変速度で往復運動する、請求項9に記載のガスバランス型のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
- ダブルバンパーは前記駆動ステムによって作動される、請求項9に記載のガスバランス型のブレイトンサイクル冷却装置。
