Description
Claims (6)
- 第一の外側油圧シリンダ(2)を有し、該シリンダ内において第一のピストン(6)が第一の油圧シリンダ(2)の内壁(2’)に対してシールされて該シリンダ内を長手方向に移動できるように配置されており、
前記第一のピストン(6)は第二の内側油圧シリンダ(3)を担持し、該シリンダ内において第二のピストン(9)は第二の油圧シリンダ(3)の内壁(3’)に対してシールされて該シリンダ内を長手方向に移動できるように配置されているとともにピストンロッド(10)を担持し、
該ピストンロッド(10)は第二のピストン(9)から離間した一方の端部で外側油圧シリンダ(2)の端部(4)と結合されている構成のシリンダ・ピストンユニットにおいて、
第二の油圧シリンダ(3)側の面における第一のピストン(6)の有効油圧面積が、ピストンロッド(10)とは反対側の面における第二のピストン(9)の有効油圧面積に等しく、
前記ピストンロッド(10)は、前記第一のピストン(6)を貫通して延び、該ピストンに対してシールされるとともに該ピストンが長手方向に運動できるように構成され、これによって前記外側油圧シリンダ(2)と前記内側油圧シリンダ(3)とは互いに流体的に隔離されていることを特徴とするシリンダ・ピストンユニット(1a、1b)を二つ有し、
双方のシリンダ・ピストンユニット(1a、1b)の第一および第二の油圧シリンダがそれぞれ交差して互いに液体導通連結されており、それぞれの第二の油圧シリンダが、それぞれ他方のシリンダ・ピストンユニットの第一のシリンダの、マスタ/スレーブ配列システムにおけるスレーブシリンダとして動作する油圧システム。 - 前記二つのシリンダ・ピストンユニット(1a、1b)のそれぞれにおいて、
双方の第一と第二の油圧シリンダ(2、3)が、第一ないし第二のピストン(6、9)のそれぞれ対応するエンドポジションの領域にそれぞれオーバーフロー流路を有し、該流路を経て当該ピストン(6、9)の一方の面側に位置する圧力側シリンダ空間(2a、3a)から、当該ピストン(6、9)のそれぞれ他方の面側に位置するシリンダ空間(2b、3b)、または、該空間と連結した油圧接続回路管、に、圧媒液が流れることができるように構成された請求項1に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記二つのシリンダ・ピストンユニット(1a、1b)のそれぞれにおいて、
ピストンロッド(10)が少なくとも一つの長手方向の孔(10’)を有し、ピストンロッド(10)とは反対側に位置する第二の油圧シリンダ(3)のシリンダ空間(3a)と連結された第一の油圧接続回路管(12)が該孔を通って延びている請求項1または2に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記二つのシリンダ・ピストンユニット(1a、1b)のそれぞれにおいて、
第二の油圧シリンダ(3)のピストンロッド側にあるシリンダ空間(3b)と連結された第二の油圧接続回路管(42)が、ピストンロッド(10)内の当該長手方向の孔(10’)、または、さらに別の長手方向の孔(10’)、を通って延びている請求項3に記載の油圧システム。 - 前記二つのシリンダ・ピストンユニット(1a、1b)の一方の第一のシリンダ・ピストンユニットの第一の油圧シリンダの第一のピストン(6a、6b)の第二の油圧シリンダ側に位置するシリンダ空間(62a、62b)が、二つのシリンダ・ピストンユニットの他方の第二のシリンダ・ピストンユニットの第二の油圧シリンダの第二のピストン(9a、9b)のピストンロッドとは反対側に位置するシリンダ空間(64a、64b)と液体導通連結されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の油圧システム。
- 互いに液体導通連結されて油圧システムを形成する前記二つのシリンダ・ピストンユニット(1a、1b)が、二つの独立したリフト装置に配備されている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の油圧システムを有するオートリフト。
