Claims (3)
- 上端部の両側に、外側に下方傾斜したカット部が設けられた中央直立片と、
前記中央直立片の両側にそれぞれ一定間隔で離間して設けられ、上端部に前記中央直立片のカット部と対称に下方傾斜したカット部が設けられた一対の外側直立片と、
前記中央直立片と一対の外側直立片の下段部を互いに連結する接続部と、
互いに向かい合う前記カット部の間に形成された空間であると共に、電線が下方に進入する通路である電線進入部を、含み、
前記電線進入部と連通されるようにその下部に位置され、被覆が切開された前記電線の内部の芯線が進入した後、前記中央直立片と外側直立片とに接続されるようにする空間であり、
前記電線進入部の中央から前記中央直立片側に傾斜した下部に位置する芯線接続部をさらに含み、
前記中央直立片の両側のカット部と前記一対の外側直立片のカット部の下部には、互いに平行に立っており、前記電線の被覆が切開されると同時に、前記芯線が安定的に前記直立片の間から垂直進入できるように直立部が前記中央直立片と前記一対の外側直立片にそれぞれ設けられ、
前記中央直立片の両側の直立部と前記一対の外側直立片の直立部の下部には、それぞれ、前記芯線を前記中央直立片の中央下部に隣接する前記芯線接続部まで案内する傾斜部が設けられ、
前記中央直立片の両側の傾斜部の下部には、前記芯線接続部に該当する部分が芯線の外周面を取り囲む形状で接続されるように内側に凹曲面を有する凹部が設けられ、
前記凹部に対応する外側直立片の一側が前記凹部の方向に突出して前記芯線を凹部方向に後押しするために凸部が前記一対の外側直立片の傾斜部の下端部に設けられ、
前記中央直立片は、両側の前記傾斜部が下方に行くほど前記中央直立片の上下中心軸方向に傾斜しており、前記中央直立片の下端部の幅が狭くなるようになっており、
これに対応される前記両側の各外側直立片は、それぞれの一側の傾斜部が下方に行くほど前記中央直立片の方向に傾斜しており、前記それぞれの外側直立片の下端部の幅が広がり、
前記各凹部は、それぞれ、前記芯線の下端中央部の6時方向から3時または9時方向まで円形状に凹曲面を有し、前記芯線の外周面のうち底面側曲面部分を取り囲み、
前記芯線を安定的に支える構造とされたことを特徴とする電線連結コネクタ用ターミナル。 - 前記一対の外側直立片の傾斜部と前記凹部の下部には、前記芯線との公差による芯線の浮きを防止するために、芯線との接続がない空間部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線連結コネクタ用ターミナル。
- 前記それぞれのカット部は前記それぞれの直立部と45度に傾斜したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線連結コネクタ用ターミナル。
