本发明涉及免剥皮电线连接器用端子,上述电线连接器用端子包括:中央直立片(10),在上端部的两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的切割部;一对外侧直立片((20),以隔开规定间隔的方式分别设置于上述中央直立片的两侧,在上端部设置有与上述中央直立片的切割部相对称并向下倾斜的切割部;连接部(30),用于使上述中央直立片与上述一对外侧直立片的下端部相连接;电线进入部(40),作为上述切割部相向的空间,并且还作为使电线朝向下方进入的通道;以及芯线连接部(50),位于与上述电线进入部相连通的上述电线进入部下部,用作使被切割电线皮的上述电线内部的芯线进入后与上述中央直立片和外侧直立片相连接的空间。

Description

免剥皮电线连接器用端子
技术领域
本发明涉及免剥皮电线连接器用端子。
背景技术
通常,对一个电线和被分离的一个以上的其他电线进行连接或对电线的末端和规定的装置等进行连接的方法如下,即,通常,主要在对电线皮进行剥皮之后所露出的芯线由多个构成的情况下,通常扭曲来整理之后进行连接。
其中,在连接互不相同的电线的情况下,利用绝缘带缠住,以防止与其他连接部相接触并阻隔外部物体及外部湿气,但是,上述连接作业存在相当繁琐且消耗时间的缺点。
并且,相对于相连接的电线之间的轴向拉伸力的阻力也显著下降,因此,存在电线之间的连接易于沿着轴向分离及脱离等问题。
为了解决如上所述的问题,在现有技术中提出不剥离电线皮而设置有在安装于连接器时用于切割一部分电线皮的刀刃的端子,由此使电线之间相连接的多种方案(免剥皮电线连接器)。
作为一例,若观察现有技术的电线连接器用端子,则由如下的结构形成,即,在上方的电线进入部侧设置有切割部,在下方形成有芯线连接部,使相互之间沿着长度方向隔开有规定间隔的多个直立片的下端部连接为一体。
但是,上述现有技术(例如,韩国授权专利公报第10-0943203号)的端子的切割部及芯线连接部呈一字直立结构,因此,无法使与芯线的连接面积最大化,并且,芯线连接部也以一字直立结构形成,无法使与芯线的连接面积最大化,并且,由于外侧直立片的宽度不宽,因而被芯线推向外侧方向,从而使直立片被张开,由此削弱连接力,从而存在接触电阻上升等问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题而提出,其目的在于,使切割部以垂直于芯线的中心线的方式倾斜,从而使对电线皮的切割力最大化,由此易于使芯线进入芯线连接部。
并且,本发明的再一目的在于,在中央直立片设置有凹陷部,以包围位于芯线连接部的芯线来使接触面积最大化,从而使芯线与端子之间的连接状态变得良好。
并且,本发明的另一目的在于,在作为凹陷部的对面的外侧直立片设置朝向凹陷部方向突出的突出部,以朝向凹陷部对芯线进行加压的同时防止被芯线推向外部,从而可使芯线与凹陷部之间稳定地相连接并防止外侧直立片的变形及受损等。
用于实现如上所述的目的的本发明一实施例的电线连接器用端子包括:中央直立片,在上端部的两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的切割部;一对外侧直立片,以隔开规定间隔的方式分别设置于上述中央直立片的两侧,在上端部设置有与上述中央直立片的切割部相对称且相向并向下倾斜的切割部;以及连接部,用于使上述中央直立片与上述一对外侧直立片的下端部相连接;电线进入部,作为上述切割部相向的空间,并且还作为使电线朝向下方进入的通道;以及芯线连接部,位于与上述电线进入部相连通的上述电线进入部下部,用作使被切割电线皮的上述电线内部的芯线进入后与上述中央直立片和外侧直立片相连接的空间。
即,由于外侧直立片的宽度不宽,因而被芯线推向外侧方向,从而使直立片被张开,由此削弱连接力,从而使接触电阻上升,为了解决上述等问题,本发明通过使外侧方的直立片的厚度逐渐增加来解决了如上所述的问题。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图对本发明进行说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明一实施例的电线连接器用端子包括中央直立片10、一对外侧直立片20及连接部30。
在上述中央直立片10的上端部两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的上窄下宽结构的切割部11。
上述外侧直立片20在上述中央直立片10的两侧以分别隔开规定间隔的方式直立,在上端部设置有与上述中央直立片10的切割部11相对称并相向的状态向下倾斜的切割部21。
而且,为了在上端部形成刃,上述切割部11、21具有相对于宽度方向越靠近上方侧则越变窄的结构。
上述连接部30呈使上述中央直立片10与一对外侧直立片20的下端部相连接的杆形状。
而且,设置有电线进入部40,上述电线进入部40作为上述切割部11、21相向的空间,并且还作为使电线5朝向下方进入并切割电线皮的通道。
而且,设置有芯线连接部50,上述芯线连接部50位于与上述电线进入部40相连通的电线进入部40下部,用作使被切割电线皮的上述电线5内部的芯线(或者,称为铜线)7进入后与上述中央直立片10和外侧直立片20相连接的空间。
其中,各个上述切割部11、21的下端相对于直立部14、24倾斜45度,以与进入上述电线进入部40的上述电线5的中心点形成直角来使向上述电线5的外周面施加的切割力最大化。
而且,在上述中央直立片10设置有以向内侧凹陷的方式呈圆弧状的凹陷部12,使得与上述芯线连接部50相对应的部位以包围芯线7的外周面的形状进行连接(参照图3的A部分)。
其中,在上述凹陷部12设置有倾斜部13,上述倾斜部13从作为上述芯线7的下端中央部的所谓的6点钟方向至3点钟方向以凹陷的方式呈圆弧状来包围上述芯线7的外周面,在超过3点钟方向的位置向上倾斜(参照图3的A部分及其上部部分)。
通过以如上所述的方式设置倾斜部13来可使芯线7沿着上述倾斜部13进入并自然地放置于凹陷部12。
而且,在与上述凹陷部12相对应的外侧直立片20的一侧设置有突出部22,上述突出部22朝向上述凹陷部12方向突出,用于将芯线7推向凹陷部12方向。
其中,上述突出部22设置在于与上述芯线7的中心线相同的线上,使得对于上述芯线7进行的加压达到最高点。
而且,上述外侧直立片20具有倾斜部23结构,上述倾斜部23从上述外侧直立片20的内侧部上侧至上述突出部22朝向上述凹陷部12向下倾斜,从而使上述突出部22的宽度越靠近下方则越变宽,用于防止上述外侧直立片20被芯线7推向外侧方向(参照图3的B部分)。
而且,在上述凹陷部12的倾斜部13上端与相应切割部11的下端部之间及上述突出部22的倾斜部23上端与相应切割部21的下端部之间分别设置有直立部14、24,上述直立部14、24以相互平行的方式直立,用于使上述电线5的电线皮被切割,并可使上述芯线7稳定地垂直进入多个上述直立片10、20之间(参照图3的C部分)。
其中,优选地,上述倾斜部13、23的间隔和直立部14、24的间隔具有与上述芯线7的直径相同的尺寸,使得进入多个上述直立片10、20之间的芯线7从进入瞬间至放置于上述芯线连接部50为止持续维持与两侧直立片10、20的连接状态,从而即使芯线7无法到达芯线连接部50也可相连接。
而且,为了防止芯线7的公差而引起的芯线7的鼓包,在上述凹陷部12与突出部22之间的下侧部位设置有不与芯线7相连接的空间部60。
若对基上述结构的本发明的端子与芯线相连接的过程进行观察,则首先,使所要连接的电线5从电线进入部40下降。
在此情况下,电线5的电线皮被2个切割部11、21所切割,同时,电线5内部的芯线7向相同直径大小的直立部14、24之间垂直下降。
之后,芯线7沿着相同直径大小的倾斜部13、23下降并到达芯线连接部50,同时,芯线7的右下方外周面部位放置于凹陷部12,最终使芯线7与直立片10、20相连接。
如上所述,本发明的电线连接器用端子使切割部以与芯线的中心线形成直角的方式倾斜,从而使电线皮切割力最大化,由此易于使芯线进入芯线连接部,最终,使芯线连接作业变得有效,由此,可提高作业能率。
并且,在中央直立片设置有凹陷部,以包围位于芯线连接部的芯线来使连接面积最大化,从而使芯线与端子之间的连接状态变得良好,由此可向芯线连接状态赋予可靠性。
并且,在作为凹陷部的对面的外侧直立片设置朝向凹陷部方向突出的突出部,上述突出部用于朝向凹陷部加压芯线的同时防止被芯线推动,从而不仅可使芯线与凹陷部之间稳定地相连接,而且可防止外侧直立片变形及受损等,由此因防止部件受损而可节减费用。
另一方面,对本发明的端子20适用于电线连接器用连接器200的例观察如下。
参照图4及5,连接器200包括本体201、端子20及一对罩203,上述一对罩203对放置于上述端子20上的电线5、6加压并覆盖上述本体201的上方。连接筋204使上述本体201与罩203相连接来使上述本体201与罩203形成为一体,在连接之后能够以截取的方式去除。图5明确地示出插入于一对罩203的电线5、6相互在相反面与端子20相连接的过程。由此,2个电线5、6能够以免剥皮的状态与上述芯线7电连接。

Claims (5)

1.一种电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,包括:
中央直立片,在上端部的两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的切割部;
一对外侧直立片,以隔开规定间隔的方式分别设置于上述中央直立片的两侧,在上端部设置有与上述中央直立片的切割部相对称并向下倾斜的切割部;
连接部,用于使上述中央直立片与上述一对外侧直立片的下端部相连接;
电线进入部,作为上述切割部相向的空间,并且还作为使电线朝向下方进入的通道;以及
芯线连接部,位于与上述电线进入部相连通的上述电线进入部下部,用作使被切割电线皮的上述电线内部的芯线进入后与上述中央直立片和外侧直立片相连接的空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,在上述中央直立片设置有以向内侧凹陷的方式呈圆弧状的凹陷部,使得与上述芯线连接部相对应的部位以包围芯线的外周面的形状进行连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,设置有突出部,上述突出部使得与上述凹陷部相对应的外侧直立片的一侧朝向上述凹陷部方向突出来用于将芯线推向凹陷部方向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,
在上述凹陷部的倾斜部上端与相应切割部的下端部之间及上述突出部的倾斜部上端与相应切割部的下端部之间分别设置有直立部,上述直立部以相互平行的方式直立,用于使上述电线的电线皮被切割,并能够使上述芯线稳定地垂直进入多个上述直立片之间,
各个上述切割部相对于各个上述直立部倾斜45度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,上述突出部设置在与上述芯线的中心线相同的线上,使得对上述芯线进行的加压达到最高点。
