Abstract
本发明涉及免剥皮电线连接器用端子,上述免剥皮电线连接器用端子的特征在于,包括:中央直立片,在上端部的两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的切割部;一对外侧直立片,以隔开规定间隔的方式分别设置于上述中央直立片的两侧,在上端部设置有与上述中央直立片的切割部相对称且相向并向下倾斜的切割部;以及连接部,用于使上述中央直立片与一对外侧直立片的下端部相连接,在上述中央直立片的切割部和与外侧直立片的切割部相邻的下部分别设置有以朝向前方平行的方式延伸且在上端部形成有相向的切割部的前方延伸片。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及免剥皮电线连接器用端子。
背景技术
通常,对一种电线和被分离的一种以上的其他电线进行连接或对电线的末端和规定装置等进行连接的方法如下,即,通常,主要在对电线皮进行脱皮后所露出的芯线由多个构成的情况下,通过扭曲来整理后进行连接。
在此连接不同电线的情况下,利用绝缘带缠住,以防止与其他连接部相接触并阻隔外部物体及外部湿气,但是,上述连接作业存在相当繁琐且消耗时间的缺点。
并且,相对于相连接的电线之间的轴向拉伸力的阻力也显著下降,因此,存在电线之间的连接易于沿着轴向分离及脱离等缺点。
为了解决上述问题,在现有技术中提出不剥离电线皮而设置有在安装于连接器时用于切割一部分电线皮的刀刃的端子,由此使电线之间相连接的多种方案。
作为一例,参照现有技术的电线连接器用端子,其具有如下结构,即,在上方的电线进入部侧设置有切割部,在下方形成有芯线连接部,使相互之间沿着长度方向隔开有规定间隔的多个直立片的下端部连接为一体。
但是,上述现有技术(例如,韩国授权专利公报第10-0943203号等)的端子的切割部及芯线连接部呈一字直立结构,因此,无法使与芯线的连接面积极大化,并且,切割部的倾斜角无法与芯线的中心线性成直角,因而存在无法使切割力极大化的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题而提出,其目的在于,分别在中央直立片和外侧直立片设置朝向前方直立并延伸的前方延伸片来扩大与芯线的连接面积,从而使芯线与端子之间的连接状态变得良好。
并且,本发明的再一目的在于,在中央直立片的下部设置用于包围芯线的外周面的凹陷部来使与芯线的连接面积极大化,从而使接触电阻最小化,这也使芯线与端子之间的连接状态变得良好。
并且,本发明的另一目的在于,以使切割部与芯线的中心线形成直角的方式使切割部倾斜,从而使电线皮切割力极大化,由此使芯线容易进入芯线连接部。
用于实现如上所述目的的本发明一实施例的免剥皮电线连接器用端子的特征在于,包括:中央直立片,在上端部的两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的切割部;一对外侧直立片,以隔开规定间隔的方式分别设置于上述中央直立片的两侧,在上端部设置有与上述中央直立片的切割部相对称且相向并向下倾斜的切割部;以及连接部,用于使上述中央直立片与一对外侧直立片的下端部相连接,在上述中央直立片的切割部和与外侧直立片的切割部相邻的下部分别设置有以朝向前方平行的方式延伸且在上端部形成有相向的切割部的前方延伸片。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图对本发明说明如下。
如图1至图5所示,本发明一实施例的免剥皮电线连接器用端子包括中央直立片10、一对外侧直立片20及连接部30。
在上述中央直立片10的上端部两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的上窄下宽结构的切割部11。
上述外侧直立片20在上述中央直立片10的两侧以分别隔开规定间隔的方式直立,在上端部设置有以与上述中央直立片10的切割部11相对称并相向的状态向下倾斜的切割部21。
而且,为了在上端部形成刃,相对于宽幅方向,上述切割部11具有在宽度方向越靠近上方则越变窄的方式形成刃的结构。
上述连接部30呈用于使上述中央直立片10与一对外侧直立片20的下端部相连接的杆形状。
在上述中央直立片10的切割部11和与外侧直立片20的切割部21相邻的下部分别设置有以朝向前方平行的方式延伸且在上端部形成有相向的切割部12a、22a的前方延伸片12、22。
根据上述结构,通过上述中央直立片10和外侧直立片20的切割部11、21来进行所谓对电线5的电线皮中的某一位置的外周面进行切割的线性切割,并且,通过一对前方延伸片12、22的切割部12a、22a进行所谓沿着电线5的电线皮中的长度方向切割相当于规定长度的电线皮的面性切割。
而且,上述中央直立片10与外侧直立片20之间的间隔与电线5内的芯线(或铜线)7的直径相同。
而且,上述一对前方延伸片12、22之间的间隔与电线5内的芯线7直径相同。
而且,在上述中央直立片10设置有以向内侧凹陷的方式呈圆弧状的凹陷部13,使得与上述芯线连接部50相对应的部位以包围芯线7的外周面的形状连接。
其中,上述直立片10、20之间的间隔及前方延伸片12、22之间的间隔从进入上述直立片10、20及前方延伸片12、22之间的芯线7进入瞬间至放置于上述凹陷部13为止持续地使芯线7的两侧部维持与直立片10、20或前方延伸片12、22的连接状态,因此,优选地,具有与上述芯线7的直径相同的距离,以便即使芯线7无法到达凹陷部13,也可持续地相连接。
而且,上述外侧直立片20的前方延伸片22的下端部与上述中央直立片10的凹陷部13下端部延伸至同一线上,从而使外侧直立片20的前方延伸片22与芯线7的连接面积极大化。
而且,为了防止因与芯线7的公差而引起的芯线7的鼓包,在上述凹陷部12与突出部22之间的下侧部位设置有不与芯线7相连接的空间部60。
其中,上述各个切割部11、21具有以45度倾斜的结构,以与所进入的电线5的中心点形成直角来使向上述电线5的外周面施加的切割力极大化。
若对基于上述结构的本发明的端子与芯线相连接的过程进行观察,则首先,使所要连接的电线5沿着端子方向下降。
在此情况下,电线5的电线皮被2个切割部11、21所切割,同时,电线5内部的芯线7经由具有相同直径大小的直立片10、20来向前方延伸片12、22之间垂直下降,从而使芯线7的右下方(附图上)的外周面部位放置于凹陷部13,最终,使芯线7与前方延伸片12、22相连接。
如上所述,在本发明的免剥皮电线连接器用端子中,分别在中央直立片和外侧直立片设置朝向前方直立并延伸的前方延伸片来扩大与芯线的连接面积,从而使芯线与端子之间的连接状态变得良好,最终可基于芯线连接状态来赋予可靠性。
并且,在中央直立片的下部设置用于包围芯线的外周面的凹陷部,由此,使与芯线的连接面积极大化,这也同样使芯线与端子之间的连接状态变得良好,最终,可基于芯线的连接状态赋予可靠性。
并且,使切割部以与芯线的中心线形成直角的方式倾斜来使电线皮的切割力极大化,从而使芯线容易进入芯线连接部,最终,使芯线的连接作业变得简便,最终可提高作业效率。
另一方面,对将本发明的端子适用于电线连接用连接器的例观察如下。
图6a至图6e为将本发明的端子100适用于电线连接用连接器200的情况的例示图,其为在图5的电线连接用连接器200插入2列结构的本发明的端子100的图。
其中,图6a为俯视图,图6b为侧视图,图6c为主视图,图6d为立体图,6e为连接电线5的状态的图。
在上述中,本发明的端子100以2列并排配置于前后,用于连接对应端子(未图示)的圆形连接用端子101与本发明的端子100形成为一体。
2列结构的上述端子100具有增加芯线7与端子100之间的接触面积,并增加电线5与端子100之间的连接力的效果。
而且,也可配置具有3列(参照图9c)或3列以上的列的端子。
图8为示出电线5与端子100之间的连接状态的部分俯视图。
图9a至图9d为在另一形态的电线连接用连接器200中适用本发明的端子100的图,图9a为安装1列端子的状态的部分俯视图,图9b为安装2列端子的状态的部分俯视图,图9c为安装3列端子的状态的部分俯视图。并且,图9d为安装2列端子的状态的立体图。
参照图10a及图10b来对本发明的端子的制造方法的一例进行说明。图10b为图10a的后视图。
首先,在形成本发明端子的轮廓之后形成切割刃11、21。之后,对空间部S1、S2进行冲孔来形成空间部60及倾斜部13。之后,形成切线部L1、L2,上述切线部L1、L2用于以折叠的方式形成一对前方延伸片12、22。若沿着上述切线部L1、L2以直角进行折叠,则形成图1等所示的切割部12a、22a。上述制造方法可通过一连串的自动化连续工序来同时或依次生产。
Claims (5)
1.一种免剥皮电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,
包括:
中央直立片,在上端部的两侧设置有朝向外侧向下倾斜的切割部;
一对外侧直立片,以隔开规定间隔的方式分别设置于上述中央直立片的两侧,在上端部设置有与上述中央直立片的切割部相对称且相向并向下倾斜的切割部;以及
连接部,用于使上述中央直立片与上述一对外侧直立片的下端部相连接,
在上述中央直立片的切割部和与外侧直立片的切割部相邻的下部分别设置有以朝向前方平行的方式延伸且在上端部形成有相向的切割部的前方延伸片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免剥皮电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,上述中央直立片与上述外侧直立片之间的间隔与电线内的芯线的直径相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免剥皮电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,上述一对前方延伸片之间的间隔与电线内的芯线的直径相同。
4.根据权利要求3所述的免剥皮电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,在上述中央直立片设置有以向内侧凹陷的方式呈圆弧状的凹陷部,使得与上述前方延伸片下端部的下方相对应的部位以包围芯线的外周面的形状连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的免剥皮电线连接器用端子,其特征在于,上述外侧直立片的前方延伸片的下端部与上述中央直立片的凹陷部的下端部延伸至同一线上。
