Description
図1は本発明に係る実施例の圧着接続端子の斜視図である。この圧着接続端子は例えば厚さ0.15mmの薄肉の黄銅製であり、両表面に銅メッキ、スズメッキ等を施した1枚の導電金属板を打ち抜き、更に折曲して形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 1枚の導電金属板を打抜き、折曲して形成される圧着接続端子であって、
前方に相手側コネクタの接続端子と接続する接続部が配置され、後方に底部からU字状に立ち上げられた一対の圧着片を有し、電線の導体部を加締めて圧着固定する導体圧着部が配置され、
該導体圧着部の圧着片は、下層板と、該下層板の端部から折り返して該下層板上に積層された上層板とから成り、前記下層板と前記上層板との間の前記折り返し部分の内側近傍にのみ空隙部が形成されており、前記電線の導体部を前記圧着片により加締めた際に前記空隙部は偏平に縮小されることを特徴とする圧着接続端子。 - 前記空隙部は水滴形状又は風船形状又は円形状又は楕円形状とされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記電線は繊維電線としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧着接続端子。
- 前記底部における前記下層板上の前記上層板の端縁同士の間に間隙が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の圧着接続端子。
