Claims (2)
- 前方に、相手側コネクタの接続端子と接続する接続部を配置し、後方に、底部の両側から略U字状に立ち上げ上端に空隙部を設けた圧着片により電線の導体部を圧着固定する導体圧着部を配置した圧着接続端子であって、
前記空隙部は前記立ち上げ前の前記圧着片のそれぞれの端部を内方側に膨らませるように曲設して形成し、前記圧着片の端部を前記圧着片の側方の平面部に対し直交方向から突き当て、
前記電線の導体部を圧着固定するに際し、前記空隙部を形成した前記圧着片同士の間に前記導体部を上方から挿入可能としたことを特徴とする圧着接続端子。 - 前記空隙部の内容積は、前記導体圧着部の長手方向において変化させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧着接続端子。
