Description

Claims (35)
- 電子デバイスであって、
複数の開口を有し、前記電子デバイスを実質的に収容するデバイス筐体と、
複数の電気接点であって各電気接点が前記デバイス筐体の前記複数の開口のうちの対応するひとつの開口のなかに、各電気接点の外縁と前記デバイス筐体の前記対応する開口の内縁との間に隙間が存在するように設けられ、各電気接点が前記電子デバイスと対応デバイスとが係合する場合に対応デバイスの接点と係合するために前記デバイス筐体の外側面において露出する接触面を有する、複数の電気接点と、
複数の絶縁リングであって各絶縁リングが電気接点の前記外縁と前記デバイス筐体の前記対応する開口の前記内縁との間の前記隙間を埋める、複数の絶縁リングと、を備える電子デバイス。 - 前記複数の電気接点のそれぞれはフレキシブル回路基板にはんだ付けされている請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記絶縁リングはプラスチックから形成される請求項1または2に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記電気接点の後ろにブラケットをさらに備え、
前記複数の電気接点は前記ブラケットと前記デバイス筐体との間にある請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記ブラケットは前記デバイス筐体の内側面に接着される請求項4に記載の電子デバイス。
- 接点構成を製造する方法であって、
電子デバイスを実質的に収容するデバイス筐体に複数の開口を形成することと、
複数の接点を形成することと、
複数の絶縁リングを形成することと、
前記接点のそれぞれを前記デバイス筐体の対応する開口に、各接点について接触面が前記デバイス筐体の外側面において露出するように、かつ、対応する絶縁リングが前記接点と前記デバイス筐体との間の隙間を埋めるように、挿入することと、
ブラケットを前記デバイス筐体の内側面に取り付けることで、前記接点をその場に固定することと、を含む方法。 - 前記接点は機械加工されている請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記接点は深絞り加工されている請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラケットは前記デバイス筐体の内側面に接着される請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の接点のそれぞれはフレキシブル回路基板にはんだ付けされている請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスであって、
複数の開口を有し、前記電子デバイスを実質的に収容するデバイス筐体と、
複数の電気接点であって各電気接点が前記デバイス筐体の前記複数の開口のうちの対応するひとつの開口のなかに設けられ、各電気接点が前記電子デバイスと対応デバイスとが係合する場合に対応デバイスの接点と係合するための接触面を有する、複数の電気接点と、
複数の絶縁リングであって各絶縁リングが各電気接点と前記デバイス筐体との間にあり、各絶縁リングについて、前記絶縁リングの内縁の内側に該内縁に隣接して電気接点が設けられ、かつ、前記デバイス筐体が前記絶縁リングの外縁に隣接する、複数の絶縁リングと、を備える電子デバイス。 - 前記複数の電気接点の後ろにブラケットをさらに備え、
前記複数の電気接点は前記ブラケットと前記デバイス筐体との間にある請求項11に記載の電子デバイス。 - 絶縁リングは絶縁ハウジングの一部として形成され、
前記電子デバイスは、前記絶縁ハウジングと前記デバイス筐体との間にシリコンガスケットをさらに備える請求項11または12に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記絶縁リングはプラスチックから形成される請求項13に記載の電子デバイス。
- フレキシブル回路基板をさらに備え、
前記フレキシブル回路基板は熱活性化フィルムを用いて前記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられる請求項14に記載の電子デバイス。 - 接点構成を製造する方法であって、
複数の接点を形成することと、
それぞれが前記複数の接点のうちの対応するひとつの接点の周りにある複数の絶縁リングを形成することと、
前記接点のそれぞれをデバイス筐体の開口に挿入し、前記絶縁リングが各接点の周りでその接点と前記デバイス筐体との間にあるようにすることと、を含み、
各絶縁リングについて、前記絶縁リングの内縁の内側に該内縁に隣接して接点が設けられ、かつ、前記デバイス筐体が前記絶縁リングの外縁に隣接する方法。 - 前記複数の接点は圧印加工により形成される請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の接点は旋削加工により形成される請求項16に記載の方法。
- フレキシブル回路基板を前記複数の接点のそれぞれに取り付けることをさらに含み、
前記複数の接点のそれぞれは前記フレキシブル回路基板にはんだ付けされる請求項16から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - ブラケットを前記デバイス筐体の内側面に取り付けることで、前記接点をその場に固定することをさらに含む請求項16から19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電子デバイスであって、
複数の開口を有し、前記電子デバイスを実質的に収容するデバイス筐体と、
複数の電気接点であって各電気接点が第1の側にある接触面および前記第1の側の反対の第2の側にある接触部を有し、各接触面は前記電子デバイスと対応デバイスとが係合する場合に対応デバイスの接点と係合するためのものであり、各電気接点が前記デバイス筐体の前記複数の開口のうちの対応するひとつの開口の中に設けられる、複数の電気接点と、
複数の絶縁リングであって、各絶縁リングが前記複数の電気接点のうちの対応するひとつの電気接点の外側の周りにあり、前記複数の電気接点のそれぞれについて、前記電気接点とそれと対応する絶縁リングと前記デバイス筐体とが連接されている、複数の絶縁リングと、を備える電子デバイス。 - 前記絶縁リングは絶縁ハウジングで形成され、
前記絶縁ハウジングはプラスチックから形成される請求項21に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記複数の開口のうちのひとつは円形である請求項21または22に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記絶縁ハウジングと前記デバイス筐体との間のシールをさらに備え、
前記シールはガスケットである請求項22に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記複数の電気接点のそれぞれの接触部に取り付けられたフレキシブル回路基板をさらに備え、
前記フレキシブル回路基板は熱活性化フィルムを用いて前記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられる請求項24に記載の電子デバイス。 - ブラケットをさらに備え、
前記ブラケットは前記絶縁ハウジングの後ろにあり、
