Abstract
Description
本願は、2016年4月26日に提出された米国特許出願番号15/138216と、2015年9月8日に提出された62/215714と、2015年11月11日に提出された62/254033とに対する優先権を主張する。これらの出願は参照により組み入れられる。
Claims (27)
- 電子デバイスであって、
複数の開口を有するデバイス筐体と、
複数の接点であって各接点が前記デバイス筐体の開口のなかに設けられ、各接点が前記電子デバイスと対応デバイスとが係合する場合に対応デバイスの接点と係合するための接触面を有する、複数の接点と、
複数の絶縁体であって各絶縁体が接点と前記デバイス筐体との間のリングを形成する、複数の絶縁体と、
前記複数の接点と電気的に接続されたフレキシブル回路基板と、を備える電子デバイス。 - 前記複数の接点のそれぞれは前記フレキシブル回路基板にはんだ付けされている請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記絶縁体はプラスチックから形成される請求項2に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記接点の後ろにブラケットをさらに備え、
前記接点は前記ブラケットと前記デバイス筐体との間にある請求項3に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記ブラケットは前記デバイス筐体の内側面に接着される請求項4に記載の電子デバイス。
- 接点構成を製造する方法であって、
複数の接点を形成することと、
前記複数の接点のそれぞれをフレキシブル回路基板に取り付けることと、
前記接点のそれぞれを絶縁体に挿入することと、
前記接点のそれぞれをデバイス筐体の開口に挿入することと、
ブラケットを前記デバイス筐体の内側面に取り付けることで、前記接点をその場に固定することと、を含む方法。 - 前記接点は機械加工されている請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記接点は深絞り加工されている請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ブラケットは前記デバイス筐体の内側面に接着される請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の接点のそれぞれは前記フレキシブル回路基板にはんだ付けされている請求項9に記載の方法。
- 複数の開口を有するデバイス筐体と、
複数の接点であって各接点が前記デバイス筐体の開口のなかに設けられる、複数の接点と、
複数のリングを形成する絶縁体であって各リングが接点と前記デバイス筐体との間にある、絶縁体と、
前記複数の接点と電気的に接続されたフレキシブル回路基板と、を備える電子デバイス。 - 前記接点の後ろにブラケットをさらに備え、
前記接点は前記ブラケットと前記デバイス筐体との間にある請求項11に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記絶縁体と前記デバイス筐体との間にシリコンガスケットをさらに備える請求項12に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記絶縁体はプラスチックから形成される請求項13に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板は熱活性化フィルムを用いて前記絶縁体に取り付けられる請求項14に記載の電子デバイス。
- 接点構成を製造する方法であって、
複数の接点を形成することと、
前記複数の接点のそれぞれをフレキシブル回路基板に取り付けることと、
前記複数の接点の周りに絶縁体を形成することと、
前記接点のそれぞれをデバイス筐体の開口に挿入し、前記絶縁体が各接点の周りでその接点と前記デバイス筐体との間にリングを形成するようにすることと、を含む方法。 - 前記複数の接点は圧印加工により形成される請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の接点は旋削加工により形成される請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の接点のそれぞれは前記フレキシブル回路基板にはんだ付けされる請求項16に記載の方法。
- ブラケットを前記デバイス筐体の内側面に取り付けることで、前記接点をその場に固定することをさらに含む請求項19に記載の方法。
- 複数の開口を有するデバイス筐体と、
絶縁ハウジングのなかの複数の接点であって各接点が第1の側かつ前記デバイス筐体の前記複数の開口のうちのひとつのなかに設けられた接触面および前記第1の側の反対の第2の側にある接触部を有する、複数の接点と、
前記複数の接点のそれぞれの接触部に取り付けられたフレキシブル回路基板と、
前記絶縁ハウジングと前記デバイス筐体との間のシールと、
前記絶縁ハウジングを前記デバイス筐体に係止するためのブラケットと、を備える電子デバイス。 - 前記絶縁ハウジングはプラスチックから形成される請求項21に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記複数の開口のうちのひとつは円形である請求項21に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記シールはガスケットである請求項23に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記フレキシブル回路基板は熱活性化フィルムを用いて前記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられる請求項24に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記ブラケットは前記絶縁ハウジングの後ろにあり、
前記接点は前記ブラケットと前記デバイス筐体との間にある請求項21に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記絶縁ハウジングと前記デバイス筐体との間にシムをさらに備える請求項21に記載の電子デバイス。
