Claims (18)

前記閉塞面に対して遠位へ、遠位端まで延びる本体部であって、前記遠位端へ向かうテーパー部を形成していて、前記テーパー部を形成するために互いの方へ収束する前記複数の細長部材の第2部分を含む本体部と;を形成しており、
前記閉塞面は、前記係合手段に関する時計回り方向及び反時計回り方向の少なくとも一方において前記閉塞面の領域内で湾曲している前記複数の細長部材の各々の部分によって形成され、前記閉塞面が略平面である、閉塞デバイス。 - 前記閉塞面は展開形態において適合性を有する、請求項1に記載の閉塞デバイス。

を具備する閉塞デバイスであって、
前記閉塞面は、前記フレーム要素の長手方向軸線に関する時計回り方向及び反時計回り方向の少なくとも一方において該閉塞面の領域内で湾曲している前記複数の細長部材の各々の部分によって形成されるとともに、前記フレーム要素の前記近位端の方に位置づけられており、
前記円筒状領域は、前記閉塞面から第1の距離だけ略遠位方向に延びており、
前記テーパー状領域は、前記展開形態において、前記遠位端と前記近位端との間で前記円筒状領域の遠位端から延びており、
前記複数の細長部材は、前記展開形態において、前記遠位端から前記閉塞面へファン状に広がっており、前記閉塞面が略平面である、閉塞デバイス。
