Description
直径が約0.23mmで長さ約1メートルの10%白金の延伸−充填ニチノールワイヤ(Fort Wayne Metals,For Wayne,IN)を入手する。ワイヤの具体的長さは測定されてもされなくてもよいが、ワイヤは以下の段落で説明するような巻回パターンを完成させるのに充分な長さを有していなければならない。電解研磨したワイヤを得る。ニチノールワイヤを電解研磨することで、表面上に二酸化チタン層を自発的に形成する特性、ワイヤの表面上のニッケル量を選択的に削減する特性、及びワイヤ内の一部の応力を取り除いて疲労を改善させる特性などの、いくつかの周知の特性が付与される。

以下の点を除いて、実施例1と同じ要領で、同じ材料を使用して、物品を製造する。すなわち、フィルム管は管として適用せず、むしろこれを長手方向に細長く切り、結果として得た平坦なシートを用いてニチノールフレームを被覆する。閉塞性部材に張力を加えることなく、シートを上部フレームペタル全体にわたり垂らしてかけ、シートの縁部にひだを付け、中心アイレットのまわりに固定する。結果として得た物品の閉塞性構成要素は、図9に示されている通りの平坦な近位表面とカップ状の遠位表面を伴うカップ状閉塞性構成要素を有する。
以下の点を除いて、実施例1と同じ要領で、同じ材料を使用して、物品を製造する。カップ状閉塞性部材とアンカー構成要素を、手で中心アイレットを挟むことによって互いに切り離す。図19A〜19Bに示されているアイレットの外径のものと類似の直径を有するePTFE管を入手し、カップ状閉塞性部材の遠位アイレット及びアンカー構成要素の近位アイレットにしっかり固定する。管は、前述の通りFEPを含むテープを上に巻き付けることによってしっかり固定する。
以下の点を除いて、実施例1と同じ要領で、同じ材料を使用して、物品を製造する。カップ状閉塞性部材とアンカー構成要素を、手で中心アイレットを挟むことによって互いに切り離す。図19A〜19Bに示されているアイレットの外径と類似の直径を有するePTFE管を入手し、カップ状閉塞性部材の遠位アイレット及びアンカー構成要素の近位アイレットにしっかり固定する。結果として得られたアイレットの外径にLoctite4011接着剤を塗布し、アイレット全体にわたりPTFE管を硬化するまで固定することによって、管をしっかり固定する。
以下の点を除いて、実施例1と同じ要領で、同じ材料を使用して、物品を製造する。カップ状閉塞性部材とアンカー構成要素を、手で中心アイレットを挟むことによって互いに切り離す。外径と類似の直径を有するePTFE管を前述の通りにePTFEフィルムから形成した。カップ状閉塞性部材の遠位アイレットとアンカー構成要素の近位アイレットに管をしっかり固定する。その後、アセンブリを320℃で3分間加熱して、管を収縮させ、それをアイレットにしっかりと固定する。
Claims (9)
- 閉塞性デバイスにおいて、
前記閉塞性デバイスは、
血液の通過を阻害するように構成された膜構成要素と、
閉塞性フレームが延伸形状構成を取る時に概ねディスク状の部材を形成するように配置されている、複数の細長部材を備える閉塞性構成要素であって、前記複数の細長部材の各々が、前記概ねディスク状の部材のペタルを形成し、前記概ねディスク状の部材の隣接する複数のペタルが少なくとも部分的に互いに重複し、前記閉塞性フレームが、前記膜構成要素によって少なくとも部分的に被覆されている、閉塞性構成要素と、
前記閉塞性デバイスを移植位置に定着させるための複数のアンカーを形成するように配置された複数の細長アンカー部材を備える、アンカーフレームと、
第1ハブ構成要素であって、前記複数の細長フレーム部材が前記第1ハブ構成要素から延在し、前記第1ハブ構成要素が、前記閉塞性フレームと前記アンカーフレームの間に配置されている、第1ハブ構成要素と、
第2ハブ構成要素であって、前記複数の細長フレーム部材が前記第2ハブ構成要素から延在し、前記第2ハブ構成要素が、前記閉塞性フレームと前記アンカーフレームの間に配置されている、第2ハブ構成要素と、
前記第1ハブ構成要素を前記第2ハブ構成要素に取付けるように構成されている、可撓性コネクター領域とを備え、
前記アンカーフレームの前記複数の細長アンカー部材は、前記閉塞性膜とは異なる膜被覆材によって少なくとも部分的に被覆されている、閉塞性デバイス。 - 前記可撓性コネクター領域は、バネ様の形状構成を備える、請求項1に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
- 前記可撓性コネクター領域は、コイルを備える、請求項1に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
- 前記可撓性コネクター領域は、チェーンリンク連結を備える、請求項1に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
- 前記可撓性コネクター領域は、ビーズ付きチェーンリンク連結を備える、請求項1に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
- 前記可撓性コネクター領域は、ボール及びソケット形状構成を備える、請求項1に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
- 前記可撓性コネクター領域は、前記第1ハブ構成要素又は前記第2ハブ構成要素を通して突出する可撓性コネクターを備える、請求項1に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
- 前記可撓性コネクター領域の周りの拘束手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
- 前記第1ハブ構成要素、前記第2ハブ構成要素及び前記可撓性コネクター領域が前記膜構成要素によって被覆されている、請求項8に記載の閉塞性デバイス。
