Claims (8)
- 排気浄化触媒を有するエンジンおよび該エンジンからの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能な電動機を含む動力発生装置と、前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電装置とを有し、走行モードとしてCD(Charge Depleting)モードとCS(Charge Sustaining)モードとを選択的に設定可能なハイブリッド車両において、
運転者に前記CDモードと前記CSモードとの切り替えを許容するモード切替部と、
前記走行モードがCSモードである場合、前記蓄電装置のSOCが予め定められた上限値以下の制御中心値に近づくように前記動力発生装置を制御すると共に、前記SOCが前記制御中心値の前記上限値よりも高いときに運転者が前記モード切替部を操作して前記走行モードを前記CDモードから前記CSモードへと切り替えた場合に、前記SOCが前記上限値以下であるときに運転者が前記モード切替部を操作して前記走行モードを前記CDモードから前記CSモードへと切り替えた場合に比べて、前記エンジンの始動が制限されるように前記動力発生装置を制御する制御装置と、
を備えるハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記制御装置は、運転者が前記走行モードを前記CSモードへと切り替えてから、前記SOCが前記制御中心値の前記上限値以下になるまで、前記エンジンの始動を制限するハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記制御装置は、前記SOCが前記制御中心値の前記上限値よりも高いときに運転者が前記走行モードを前記CDモードから前記CSモードへと切り替えた場合、前記CDモードにおける前記エンジンの始動条件に基づいて該エンジンを始動させるか否かを判定するハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記CDモードおよび前記CSモードのうちの前記走行モードである一方を表示する走行モード表示部を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記SOCが前記制御中心値の前記上限値よりも高いときの運転者による前記CDモードから前記CSモードへの切り替えに応じて、前記走行モード表示部に前記CDモードを表示させるハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項3または4に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記制御装置は、前記動力発生装置の動力出力特性を前記CDモードと前記CSモードとで変更すると共に、前記SOCが前記制御中心値の前記上限値よりも高いときに運転者が前記走行モードを前記CDモードから前記CSモードへと切り替えた場合、前記動力発生装置の動力出力特性を前記CSモードにおける動力出力特性に変更するハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記制御装置は、前記SOCが前記制御中心値の前記上限値よりも高いときの運転者による前記CDモードから前記CSモードへの切り替えに応じて、少なくとも前記動力発生装置に対する要求走行パワーに基づく前記エンジンの始動を禁止するハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、前記蓄電装置は、外部電源からの電力により充電可能であるハイブリッド車両。
- 排気浄化触媒を有するエンジンおよび該エンジンからの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電可能な電動機を含む動力発生装置と、前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電装置と、モード切替部とを有し、走行モードとしてCD(Charge Depleting)モードとCS(Charge Sustaining)モードとを選択的に設定可能であると共に、運転者に前記モード切替部の操作による前記CDモードと前記CSモードとの切り替えが許容されるハイブリッド車両の制御方法において、
前記蓄電装置のSOCが前記CSモードにおける該SOCの制御中心値の上限値よりも高いときに運転者が前記モード切替部を操作して前記走行モードを前記CDモードから前記CSモードへと切り替えた場合に、前記SOCが前記制御中心値の前記上限値以下であるときに運転者が前記モード切替部を操作して前記走行モードを前記CDモードから前記CSモードへと切り替えた場合に比べて、前記エンジンの始動を制限するステップを含むハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
