Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態によるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン2と、動力分割装置4と、モータジェネレータ6,10と、伝達ギヤ8と、駆動軸12と、車輪14とを備える。また、ハイブリッド車両1は、蓄電装置16と、電力変換器18,20,22と、接続部24と、暖房設備26と、電子制御装置(以下「ECU(Electronic Control Unit)」と称する。)30と、ECOモードスイッチ32とをさらに備える。
ECU30による主要な制御の一つとして、ECU30は、SOCを消費するCDモードと、SOCを所定の範囲に維持するCSモードとを選択的に適用して車両の走行を制御する走行制御を実行する。
図3は、図1に示した暖房設備26の構成例を示した図である。図3を参照して、暖房設備26は、蓄電装置16から電力の供給を受けて作動するヒートポンプサイクルと、エンジン2を熱源とする温水暖房装置と、室内空調ユニットとを含む。
上述したヒートポンプサイクルでは、2つの暖房運転が可能である。1つは、通常の暖房運転であり、もう1つは、通常暖房運転よりも暖房能力が高いガスインジェクション(GI)暖房運転である。
図5は、GI暖房運転時の冷媒の流れを示した図である。図6は、ヒートポンプサイクルがGI暖房運転を行なうときのモリエル線図である。図5および図6を参照して、GI暖房運転でも、電磁弁75は開かれ、電磁弁100は閉じられる。統合弁65は、膨張弁60から出力される冷媒を気液分離し、分離された気相冷媒を戻り管67へ出力する。
図7は、図1に示したECU30の、暖房制御に関する部分の機能ブロック図である。図7を参照して、ECU30は、SOC算出部210と、モード制御部220と、走行パワー算出部230と、エンジン制御部240と、暖房制御部250とを含む。
上記の実施の形態では、暖房設備26に対して高い暖房能力が要求されていない場合は、ヒートポンプサイクルによる通常暖房運転を行なうものとしたが、CSモード時は通常暖房運転も制限(たとえば禁止)して温水暖房を行なうようにしてもよい。
より簡易的な手法として、CDモード時は、ヒートポンプサイクルによる暖房運転を行ない、CSモード時は、温水暖房を行なうものとしてもよい。なお、ヒートポンプサイクルによる暖房運転は、上記の実施の形態と同様に、通常暖房運転とGI暖房運転とを含むものであってもよいし、通常暖房運転のみであってもよい。
CSモード時であっても、CDモードからの切替直後や、EV走行が長く続く場合には、エンジン2や冷却水の温度が低下し得る。この状態でGI暖房運転を制限すると、暖房設備26の暖房能力が低下してしまう。そこで、CSモードであっても、エンジン冷却水温が低い場合には、GI暖房運転を行なうようにしてもよい。
上記の実施の形態では、CDモード時はGI暖房運転が行なわれるものとしたが、この変形例4では、CDモード中にECOモードが選択されている場合に限りGI暖房運転が行なわれる。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力を用いて発電する発電装置と、
前記発電装置によって発電された電力を蓄える蓄電装置と、
前記発電装置によって発電された電力および前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力の少なくとも一方を受けて車両駆動力を発生する電動機と、
車両の走行パワーが第1しきい値を超えた場合に前記内燃機関が始動されるCD(Charge Depleting)モードと、車両の走行パワーが前記第1しきい値よりも小さい第2しきい値を超えた場合に前記内燃機関が始動されるCS(Charge Sustaining)モードとを選択的に適用して車両の走行を制御する制御装置と、
車室内を暖房する暖房設備とを備え、
前記CDモード及び前記CSモードの各々は、前記内燃機関が動作している状態と停止している状態とを有し、
前記暖房設備は、前記蓄電装置に蓄えられた電力を用いて車室内を暖房する電力暖房装置を含み、
前記制御装置は、さらに、前記CSモード時は、前記CDモード時よりも前記電力暖房装置による暖房を制限するように前記電力暖房装置を制御する、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電力暖房装置は、第1の暖房運転モードと、前記第1の暖房運転モードよりも電力の消費が大きい第2の暖房運転モードとのいずれかで暖房運転可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記CSモード時は、前記CDモード時よりも前記第2の暖房運転モードでの前記電力暖房装置の暖房運転を制限する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記電力暖房装置は、電動コンプレッサと、室内コンデンサと、膨張弁と、室外熱交換器とを含むヒートポンプサイクルによって構成され、
前記第2の暖房運転モードは、前記膨張弁の下流の気体冷媒が、前記室外熱交換器を通ることなく前記電動コンプレッサの中間ポートに戻されるガスインジェクションモードである、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記暖房設備は、前記内燃機関を熱源として前記内燃機関の冷却水を用いて車室内を暖房する温水暖房装置をさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、前記CSモード時は、前記CDモード時よりも前記温水暖房装置による暖房を優先的に用いることによって前記電力暖房装置による暖房を制限する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記CSモード時であっても、前記内燃機関または前記冷却水の温度が判定値よりも低い場合には、前記電力暖房装置による暖房を制限することなく前記電力暖房装置を制御する、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、さらに、前記内燃機関の始動頻度を抑制するエコモードを適用して車両の走行を制御可能であり、
前記制御装置は、前記CDモードが選択され、かつ、前記エコモードが選択されているときは、前記電力暖房装置による暖房を制限することなく前記電力暖房装置を制御し、前記CDモードが選択され、かつ、前記エコモードの非選択時は、前記電力暖房装置による暖房を制限するように前記電力暖房装置を制御する、請求項4又は5に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記暖房設備は、前記内燃機関を熱源として前記内燃機関の冷却水を用いて車室内を暖房する温水暖房装置をさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、さらに、前記内燃機関の始動頻度を抑制するエコモードを適用して車両の走行を制御可能であり、
前記制御装置は、前記CDモードが選択され、かつ、前記エコモードが選択されているときは、前記電力暖房装置による暖房を制限することなく前記電力暖房装置を制御し、前記CDモードが選択され、かつ、前記エコモードの非選択時は、前記電力暖房装置による暖房を制限するように前記電力暖房装置を制御する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両。
