Description
本件出願にかかる電解脱脂方法は、アルカリ性電解水を用いて被洗浄対象物の表面に付着した油分等の汚染物を除去するものである。また、本件発明においては、アルカリ性電解水中に被洗浄対象物とアノード電極とを配置し通電することで、被洗浄対象物をカソード分極して、被洗浄対象物の表面に直径20nm〜10μmの水素バブルを形成し、被洗浄対象物の表面近傍で水素バブルを破壊させ、当該破壊に伴う衝撃波により被洗浄対象物の表面に付着した汚染物除去を行うものである。そして、本件出願にかかる電解脱脂方法は、当該アノード電極の当該アルカリ性電解水に浸漬される表面に10g/m2〜20g/m2の量の酸化イリジウムを含有する電極触媒層を有することを特徴とする。以下、本件出願にかかる電解脱脂方法について具体的に説明する。
本件出願にかかる電解脱脂装置は、上述の電解脱脂方法を用いて被洗浄対象物を清浄化するための電解脱脂装置であって、アルカリ性電解水を貯液する脱脂槽と、当該脱脂槽内に配置するアノード電極と、当該被洗浄対象物をアルカリ性電解水中に浸漬した状態で配置してカソード分極するための通電手段と、当該被洗浄対象物の表面近傍での水素バブルの破壊手段とを備えるものである。そして、本件出願にかかる電解脱脂装置において、当該循環濾過手段は、当該脱脂槽からオーバーフローした当該アルカリ性電解水を濾過手段により濾過した後に当該脱脂槽の下部へ返送するものであることを特徴とする。以下、本件出願にかかる電解脱脂装置について、図を用いて具体的に説明する。

Claims (7)
- アルカリ性電解水を用いて被洗浄対象物の表面に付着した油分等の汚染物を除去する脱脂方法であって、
アルカリ性電解水中に被洗浄対象物とアノード電極とを配置し通電することで、被洗浄対象物をカソード分極して、被洗浄対象物の表面に直径20nm〜10μmの水素バブルを形成し、被洗浄対象物の表面近傍で水素バブルを破壊させ、当該破壊に伴う衝撃波により被洗浄対象物の表面に付着した汚染物除去を行うものであり、
当該アノード電極は、当該アルカリ性電解水に浸漬される表面に10g/m2〜20g/m2の量の酸化イリジウムを含有する電極触媒層を有することを特徴とする電解脱脂方法。 - 前記アルカリ性電解水は、炭酸カリウム及び水酸化カリウムを含むpH11〜pH13の水溶液を用いる請求項1に記載の電解脱脂方法。
- 被洗浄対象物の表面近傍での水素バブルの破壊は、当該水素バブルに対して、アルカリ性電解水中で超音波を照射することにより行う請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電解脱脂方法。
- 通電中の前記アノード電極で発生したスーパーオキシドアニオンと、前記被洗浄対象物の表面から除去した油分とを、前記アルカリ性電解水中で反応させ、当該油分を炭素と二酸化炭素とに分解する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の電解脱脂方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の脱脂方法を用いて被洗浄対象物の表面を清浄化するための電解脱脂装置であって、
アルカリ性電解水を貯液する脱脂槽と、
当該脱脂槽内に配置する、当該アルカリ性電解水に浸漬される表面に10g/m 2 〜20g/m 2 の量の酸化イリジウムを含有する電極触媒層を有するアノード電極と、
当該アルカリ性電解水中に前記被洗浄対象物を浸漬した状態で配置し、当該被洗浄対象物をカソード分極して当該被洗浄対象物の表面に直径20nm〜10μmの水素バブルを形成するための通電手段と、
当該被洗浄対象物の表面近傍の水素バブルを破壊する水素バブル破壊手段と、
当該アルカリ性電解水の循環濾過手段とを備え、
当該循環濾過手段は、当該脱脂槽からオーバーフローした当該アルカリ性電解水を濾過手段により濾過した後に当該脱脂槽の下部へ返送するものであることを特徴とする電解脱脂装置。 - 前記脱脂槽は、少なくとも内面を超音波を反射可能な材質で形成し、前記アノード電極は、超音波を透過可能とする連通部を備えた請求項5に記載の電解脱脂装置。
- 前記水素バブル破壊手段は、被洗浄対象物の表面で発生する水素バブルに対して、アルカリ性電解水中で超音波を照射する超音波照射手段である請求項5又は請求項6に記載の電解脱脂装置。
