Claims (18)
- 流体を加熱する流体加熱装置であって、
ヒータと前記ヒータの周りを覆うように形成される加熱部とを有するヒータユニットと、
前記ヒータユニットを収容するタンクと、を備え、
前記加熱部は、
前記ヒータの内側を貫通する貫通孔の内面に形成されて流体と熱交換する内側熱交換面と、
前記ヒータの外側の外壁部に形成されて流体と熱交換する外側熱交換面と、を有し、
前記外壁部の伝熱面積は、前記貫通孔の伝熱面積と比較して大きく、
前記外壁部は、外周に突出する外周フィンを有し、
前記タンクは、前記ヒータユニットを挿入するための開口部を閉塞する天面を有し、
前記外周フィンは、前記天面と略平行に延設され、
前記貫通孔は、流体が流通する内周流路を形成し、
前記外壁部は、前記タンクの内壁との間に流体が流通する外周流路を形成し、
前記内周流路から前記外周流路へと流体が連続して流れ、
前記外周流路の流路面積は、前記内周流路の流路面積と比較して大きいことを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記天面は、前記加熱部に連結されていることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記ヒータユニットは、
前記天面と前記加熱部とを連結する連結部と、
前記連結部から突出して形成される放熱部と、を有することを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項3に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記連結部は、前記加熱部と連結される部分が前記天面と連結される部分と比較して断面積が小さく形成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記ヒータの両端は、前記加熱部を介して前記天面と接続されていることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記ヒータは、螺旋状に形成される発熱部を有し、
前記貫通孔は、前記発熱部の内周と比較して小径に形成され前記発熱部の中心軸に沿って貫通し、
前記外壁部は、前記発熱部の外周と比較して大径に形成され前記タンクの内壁と対峙することを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記貫通孔は、内周に突出する内周フィンを有することを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項7に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記内周フィンは、流体の流れ方向に沿って形成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記タンクの中央部よりも前記天面の近くに設けられる前記外周フィンは、前記タンクの中央部と比較して前記天面に近いほど基端部からの距離が長く形成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記タンクの中央部よりも前記天面から離れて設けられる前記外周フィンは、前記タンクの中央部と比較して前記天面から遠ざかるほど基端部からの距離が長く形成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記内周フィンは、内周に向けて放射状に形成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記外周フィンは、流体の流れ方向に沿って形成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記外周フィンの基端部における前記外壁部は、前記ヒータの近傍に形成されることを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記外周フィンの数は、前記内周フィンの数と比較して多いことを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記外周フィンの長さは、前記内周フィンと比較して長いことを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項1から15のいずれか一つに記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記タンクは、
流体が供給される供給口と、
流体が排出される排出口と、を有し、
前記排出口は、前記タンクの同じ面に前記供給口と並んで開口することを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項16に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記供給口と前記排出口とのいずれか一方は、前記貫通孔の延長線上に開口することを特徴とする流体加熱装置。 - 請求項17に記載の流体加熱装置であって、
前記供給口は、前記貫通孔の延長線上に開口することを特徴とする流体加熱装置。
