Claims (12)
- 印加された電源によって発熱する第1のPTC素子及び第2のPTC素子、前記第1のPTC素子及び第2のPTC素子が取り付けられる開口部が備えられたガイドフレーム、前記開口部を通じて露出した第1のPTC素子及び第2のPTC素子のそれぞれの一面とそれぞれ対接する第1電極板及び第2電極板、前記開口部を通じて露出した第1のPTC素子及び第2のPTC素子の他面全てと対接する共通電極板、前記第1電極板、第2電極板及び共通電極板と外部との間の絶縁のための絶縁部材を含むPTCユニット;
前記PTCユニットが内部に取り付けられる金属材質のヒーティングチューブ;及び
前記ヒーティングチューブの側面に備えられる放熱フィンを含むことを特徴とする独立制御PTCヒーター。 - 前記第2のPTC素子は、前記第1のPTC素子の長軸長さ方向を基準にして、前記第1のPTC素子と上下配列構造になるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。
- 前記第1電極板は、前記第1のPTC素子の一面と対接する第1本体部;及び外部電源と連結され、前記第1本体部から延設されて外部に露出する第1コネクタを含み、
前記第2電極板は、前記第1電極板と同一平面上に位置して、前記第2のPTC素子の一面と対接する第2本体部;及び前記第2本体部から延設されて外部に露出し、前記第1コネクタと同じ方向に延設されて外部電源と連結される第2コネクタを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。 - 前記第1コネクタは、前記第1本体部よりも幅狭に形成されて前記第1本体部の上端中央を基準に左側または右側のいずれか一方向に偏って延設され、
前記第2コネクタは、前記第2本体部よりも幅狭に形成されて前記第2本体部の上端中央を基準に左側または右側のうち前記第1コネクタが偏った方向と逆方向に偏って延設されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。 - 前記共通電極板は、前記第1のPTC素子及び第2のPTC素子の他面全てと対接する第3本体部;及び外部電源と連結され、前記第3本体部の上部から前記第1コネクタ及び第2コネクタと同一方向に延設されて外部に露出する第3コネクタを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。
- 前記第2コネクタは、前記第1本体部の側部と離隔し、前記第1電極板の長軸方向の長さ以上前記第2本体部から延設されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。
- 前記開口部は、前記第1のPTC素子が取り付けられる第1開口部;及び前記第2のPTC素子が取り付けられる第2開口部を含み、
前記第1開口部及び第2開口部は前記ガイドフレームで反対側に偏る位置に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。 - 前記放熱フィンは、前記第1のPTC素子及び第2のPTC素子の位置と対応するように二元化されて前記ヒーティングチューブの側面に備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。
- 前記二元化された放熱フィンの間に備えられる熱遮断部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。
- 前記ヒーティングチューブの下部に結合されるシーリング部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。
- 前記第1コネクタまたは第2コネクタは、電気端子との連結時に弾性力が与えられるように、端部が曲げられた形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の独立制御PTCヒーター。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のうちいずれか1項に記載の独立制御PTCヒーターを複数備える独立制御ヒーター装置であって、
前記複数の独立制御PTCヒーターが垂直方向に立設されるハウジング;
前記複数の第1電極板全てと電気的に連結される第1電源部;
前記複数の第2電極板全てと電気的に連結される第2電源部;
前記複数の共通電極板全てと電気的に連結される共通電源部;及び
外部制御信号によって前記第1電源部及び第2電源部に印加される電源を制御する制御部を含むことを特徴とする独立制御ヒーター装置。
