Description
図1と図2を参照する。図1は、本発明のタッチ機能を具えるパネルの構造の俯瞰図である。図2は、本発明の実施例1のタッチ機能を具えるパネルの一部の断面図である。本実施例において、パネルは、複数のフィルム(図未表示)と、複数のフィルム内に設けられた複数のタッチ電極131と、タッチ電極131に一つ一つ対応して設けられた複数の導線111或いは121と、タッチチップ20と、からなる。導線111或いは121は、タッチ電極131をタッチチップ20に電気的に接続させる。その内、タッチ電極131の一部分に接続される複数の導線111は、複数のフィルム内の第一フィルム11に設けられ、タッチ電極131の他部分に接続される複数の導線121は、複数のフィルム内の第二フィルム12に設けられる。
図3を参照する。図3は、本発明の実施例2のタッチ機能を具えるパネルの一部の断面図である。第一実施例と比較すると、本実施例において、タッチ機能を具えるパネルはさらに、アレイ基板10を備え、タッチ電極131は、アレイ基板10の共通電極層13から生成される。タッチ機能を具えるパネルはさらに、画素電極16と薄膜トランジスタ141を備え、画素電極16は、第三フィルム13の表面に設けられ、薄膜トランジスタ141は、複数のフィルム内の第四フィルム14に設けられ、薄膜トランジスタ141は、貫通孔17によって、画素電極16と電気的に接続され、複数のフィルムは、アレイ基板10に設けられる。

Claims (3)
- 第3フィルムと、
前記第3フィルムの下に設けられた第1フィルムと、
前記第3フィルムの下であって、前記第1フィルムの下または上に設けられた第2フィルムと、
前記第3フィルムに設けられ、自己容量方式の電極として、一つ一つが分離した矩形状であって、行方向および列方向にマトリックス配列された複数のタッチ電極と、
前記タッチ電極の電位の変化を検知するタッチチップと、
複数の前記タッチ電極と前記タッチチップとを接続する複数の導線と、を備えるタッチ機能を具えるパネルであって、
前記導線は、一つ一つの前記タッチ電極と接続され、かつ、列方向に平行に引き出されており、
行方向に沿って前記導線に順番付けしたとき、偶数本目の前記導線は前記第1フィルムに設けられ、奇数本目の前記導線は前記第2フィルムに設けられており、
列方向で隣り合う二つの前記タッチ電極をみたとき、一方の前記タッチ電極は前記偶数本目の前記導線に接続され、他方の前記タッチ電極は前記奇数本目の前記導線に接続され、
各前記タッチ電極の直下には貫通孔が形成されていて、この貫通孔を介してそれぞれ対応する前記導線に接続されている
ことを特徴とするタッチ機能を具えるパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のタッチ機能を具えるパネルにおいて、
さらに、アレイ基板を備え、前記タッチ電極は、前記アレイ基板の共通電極層から生成される
ことを特徴とするタッチ機能を具えるパネル。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のタッチ機能を具えるパネルと、
画素電極と、薄膜トランジスタと、前記第1フィルムおよび前記第2フィルムの下に設けられた第4
フィルムと、を備え、
前記画素電極は、前記第3フィルムの表面に設けられ、前記薄膜トランジスタは、前記第4フィルム内に設けられ、前記薄膜トランジスタは、前記第3フィルム、前記第1フィルムおよび前記第2フィルムを貫く貫通孔によって前記画素電極と電気的に接続されている
ことを特徴とするタッチ機能を具えるパネルを備えるディスプレイ。
