Description
上記絶縁フィルムは、本発明の補強テープに剛性と強度を付与し、フレキシブルフラットケーブルの導体端末を電子機器にコネクター接続できるようにする働きをする。
上記層(B)は、上記絶縁フィルムと上記ホットメルト接着剤の層との接着強度を向上させるとともに、導体接着性を高める働きをする。
GPCの測定は、システムとして、日本分光株式会社の高速液体クロマトグラフィシステム「LC−2000Plus(商品名)」(デガッサー、送液ポンプ「PU−2080(商品名)」、オートサンプラー「AS−2055(商品名)」、カラムオーブン及びRI(示差屈折率)検出器を含むシステム。)を使用し;カラムとして、昭和電工株式会社のスチレンジビニルベンゼン共重合体充填カラム「Shodex GPC K-806L(商品名)」2本を連結して用い;和光純薬工業株式会社の高速液体クロマトグラフ用クロロホルム(安定剤としてエタノールを含む。)を移動相として;流速1.0ミリリットル/分、カラム温度40℃、試料濃度1ミリグラム/ミリリットル、試料注入量100マイクロリットルの条件で行う。
上記層(C)は、導体接着性を直接的に担保する働きをする。
(イ)導体接着力1(未処理):
(イ−1)フレキシブルフラットケーブルの製造:
フレキシブルフラットケーブル装置を使用し、リケンテクノス株式会社のフレキシブルフラットケーブル用難燃絶縁フィルム「NC5224(商品名)」を2ロール用い、導体幅1.4mm、厚み0.035mmの硬銅線を12本配列させたものを、一方の上記難燃絶縁フィルムのホットメルト接着剤層と他方の上記難燃絶縁フィルムのホットメルト接着剤層とで挟持し、温度180℃に予熱された押圧ロールと温度180℃に予熱された受けロールとで、ライン速度0.5m/分、圧力3MPaの条件で押圧し、融着させた後、両側端をスリットして幅24mmの仕上げ幅とし、孔と補強テープの部分におけるマシン方向の中央の線において切断して、長さ100mm、幅24mmのフレキシブルフラットケーブルを得た。その際に、上記難燃絶縁フィルムには、マシン方向20mm×横方向24mmの孔を、マシン方向に100mm間隔で打抜き、そこに長さ150mmに裁断した補強テープを、絶縁フィルムの層の側から貼着した。
(イ−2)
上記で得たフレキシブルフラットケーブルの補強テープと銅線との接着力を、試験速度50mm/分の条件で、銅線を補強テープから180度剥離を行い測定した。
上記(イ−1)で得たフレキシブルフラットケーブルの補強テープ部分を、5質量%塩酸水溶液に温度60℃で2時間浸漬後、上記(イ−2)と同様にして測定した。
上記(イ−1)で得たフレキシブルフラットケーブルの補強テープ部分を、5質量%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液に温度60℃で2時間浸漬後、上記(イ−2)と同様にして測定した。
上記(イ−1)で得たフレキシブルフラットケーブルの補強テープ部分を、5質量%塩化ナトリウム水溶液に温度60℃で2時間浸漬後、上記(イ−2)と同様にして測定した。
上記(イ−1)で得たフレキシブルフラットケーブルの補強テープ部分を、フレキシブルフラットケーブルの端末金メッキ用の金メッキ処理液(シアン化金カリウム、シアン化カリウム、リン酸水素カリウム、及び炭酸カリウムの混合水溶液。pH11。)に温度60℃で2時間浸漬後、上記(イ−2)と同様にして測定した。
上記(ホ)と全て同様にして金メッキ処理液浸漬後の導体接着力を、100本のケーブルについて、各2本の銅線について測定(合計データ数200個)し、接着力が1.5N/14mm以下のデータ数を数え、以下の基準で評価した。

(A)絶縁フィルム:
(A−1)厚み188μmの片面易接着処理二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂フィルム。
(B−1)下記(b1)100質量部、下記(b2)17質量部、下記(b3)33質量部、及び下記(b4)230質量部を混合攪拌して得た塗料。
(B−2)下記(b1)100質量部、下記(b2)12質量部、下記(b3)33質量部、及び下記(b4)230質量部を混合攪拌して得た塗料。
(b2)東ソー株式会社のポリイソシアヌレート「コロネートHX(商品名)」。
(b3)大日精化工業株式会社のインキ「NB500 739藍(商品名)」。
(b4)トルエン。
(C−1)東亜合成株式会社の結晶性の熱可塑性飽和共重合ポリエステル系樹脂「アロンメルトPES−111EE(商品名)」。
(D−1)厚み12μmの二軸延伸ポリプロピレン系樹脂フィルム。
上記(A−1)の易接着面の上に、ロールコーターを使用し、上記(B−1)を用い、乾燥後厚みが15μmとなるようにアンカーコートの層を形成した。上記(C−1)を、下記(D−1)の上に、押出ラミネートして厚み15μmのフィルム状ホットメルト接着剤を得た。上記で得た上記(A−1)と上記(B−1)との積層体の上記(B−1)側の面の上に、上記で得た上記(C−1)と上記(D−1)との積層体の上記(C−1)側の面を重ねて熱ラミネートした。こうして得られた積層体を幅25mmにスリットし、補強テープを得た。上記試験(イ)〜(ホ)を行った。結果を表1に示す。
上記(B)層の厚み、及び上記(C)層の厚みを表1に示すように変更したこと以外は、全て例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に示す。
上記(B−1)の替わりに、上記(B−2)を用いたこと以外は、全て例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (8)
- フレキシブルフラットケーブルの導体末端補強用補強テープであって、
絶縁フィルム(A)の片面の上に、
厚み5〜50μmのアンカーコートの層(B)、及び
厚み10〜30μmのホットメルト接着剤の層(C)をこの順に有する、補強テープ。 - 前記アンカーコート層(B)の厚みが10〜50μm(但し、10μmを除く)である、請求項1に記載の補強テープ。
- 前記アンカーコートの層(B)が、
(b1)熱可塑性飽和共重合ポリエステル系樹脂 100質量部;と
(b2)1分子中に2以上のイソシアネート基を有する化合物 3〜25質量部;
を含む塗料からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の補強テープ。 - 前記成分(b2)1分子中に2以上のイソシアネート基を有する化合物の配合量が10〜25質量部(但し、10質量部を除く)である、請求項3に記載の補強テープ。
- 前記成分(b1)熱可塑性飽和共重合ポリエステル系樹脂が非結晶性である、請求項3又は4に記載の補強テープ。
- 前記ホットメルト接着剤が、熱可塑性飽和共重合ポリエステル系の接着剤である、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の補強テープ。
- 軟化温度が95℃以上である、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の補強テープ。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の補強テープにより導体末端が補強されたフレキシブルフラットケーブル。
