Description
[3](A)コンプレックスエステルを構成する多価アルコールは、ネオペンチルグリコール及びトリメチロールプロパンから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、[1]又は[2]に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
[4](A)コンプレックスエステルを構成する多塩基酸は、アジピン酸及びセバシン酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
[5](A)コンプレックスエステルを構成する一価アルコールは、炭素数8〜10の一価アルコールである、[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
[6](B)ポリオールエステルは、ネオペンチルグリコール及びペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数4〜9の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるエステルである、[1]〜[5]のいずれかに記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
[7](B)ポリオールエステルは、ペンタエリスリトールと、炭素数4の分岐脂肪酸及び3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合脂肪酸とから合成されるエステルである、[1]〜[6]のいずれかに記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
(A)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン及びペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む多価アルコールと、炭素数6〜12の多塩基酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数4〜18の一価アルコール及び炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるコンプレックスエステル、並びに、
(B)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール及びジペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種の多価アルコールと、炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるポリオールエステル
を、(A)コンプレックスエステル/(B)ポリオールエステルの質量比5/95〜95/5で混合した混合エステルを基油として含有し、
二酸化炭素、1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンとの混合物、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとの混合物、及びペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンと1,1,1−トリフルオロエタンとの混合物から選ばれる冷媒と共に用いられる。
(A)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン及びペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む多価アルコールと、炭素数6〜12の多塩基酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数4〜18の一価アルコール及び炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるコンプレックスエステル、並びに、(B)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール及びジペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種の多価アルコールと、炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるポリオールエステルを、(A)コンプレックスエステル/(B)ポリオールエステルの質量比5/95〜95/5で混合した混合エステルを基油として含有する冷凍機油と、
二酸化炭素、1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンとの混合物、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとの混合物、及びペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンと1,1,1−トリフルオロエタンとの混合物から選ばれる冷媒と、
を含有する。
(a)多価アルコールと多塩基酸とのモル比を調整して、多塩基酸のカルボキシル基の一部がエステル化されずに残存するエステル中間体を合成し、次いでその残存するカルボキシル基を一価アルコールでエステル化する方法
(b)多価アルコールと多塩基酸とのモル比を調整して、多価アルコールの水酸基の一部がエステル化されずに残存するエステル中間体を合成し、次いでその残存する水酸基を一価脂肪酸でエステル化する方法
などが挙げられる。上記(b)の方法により得られるコンプレックスエステルは、冷凍機油としての使用時に加水分解すると比較的強い酸が生成するため、上記(a)の方法により得られるコンプレックスエステルに比べて安定性が若干劣る傾向にある。本実施形態におけるコンプレックスエステルとしては、安定性のより高い、上記(a)の方法により得られるコンプレックスエステルが好ましい。
(A1)ネオペンチルグリコール(1モル)と1,4−ブタンジオール(0.3モル)とにアジピン酸(2.4モル)を反応させたエステル中間体に、さらに3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサノール(2.5モル)を反応させ、残存した未反応物を蒸留で除去して得たエステル(40℃における動粘度67.8mm2/s、100℃における動粘度10.6mm2/s、粘度指数145)。
(A2)ネオペンチルグリコール(1モル)と1,4−ブタンジオール(0.2モル)とにアジピン酸(1.9モル)を反応させたエステル中間体に、さらに3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサノール(1.1モル)を反応させ、残存した未反応物を蒸留で除去して得たエステル(40℃における動粘度145.8mm2/s、100℃における動粘度17.9mm2/s、粘度指数136)。
(A3)ネオペンチルグリコール(1モル)と1,4−ブタンジオール(0.3モル)とにアジピン酸(2.3モル)を反応させたエステル中間体に、さらに2−エチルヘキサノール(2.3モル)を反応させ、残存した未反応物を蒸留で除去して得たエステル(40℃における動粘度67.6mm2/s、100℃における動粘度10.6mm2/s、粘度指数145)。
(A4)ネオペンチルグリコール(1モル)にアジピン酸(2.5モル)を反応させたエステル中間体に、さらに3,7−ジメチルオクタノール(2.6モル)を反応させ、残存した未反応物を蒸留で除去して得たエステル(40℃における動粘度68.2mm2/s、100℃における動粘度10.4mm2/s、粘度指数139)。
(A5)ネオペンチルグリコール(1モル)にアジピン酸(0.8モル)を反応させたエステル中間体に、さらに3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸(0.3モル)を反応させ、残存した未反応物を蒸留で除去して得たエステル(40℃における動粘度300mm2/s、100℃における動粘度26.2mm2/s、粘度指数115)。
(B1)ペンタエリスリトールと、2−メチルプロパン酸及び3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で35:65)とのエステル(40℃における動粘度69.4mm2/s、100℃における動粘度8.2mm2/s、粘度指数82)。
(B2)ペンタエリスリトールと、2−メチルプロパン酸及び3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で60:40)とのエステル(40℃における動粘度46.2mm2/s、100℃における動粘度6.3mm2/s、粘度指数77)。
(B3)ペンタエリスリトールと、2−エチルヘキサン酸及び3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で45:55)とのエステル(40℃における動粘度68.4mm2/s、100℃における動粘度8.4mm2/s、粘度指数91)。
(B4)ジペンタエリスリトールと、2−エチルヘキサン酸及び3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で50:50)とのエステル(40℃における動粘度222.5mm2/s、100℃における動粘度18.8mm2/s、粘度指数94)。
(B5)ネオペンチルグリコールと、2−エチルヘキサン酸とのエステル(40℃における動粘度7.5mm2/s、100℃における動粘度2.0mm2/s、粘度指数31)。
(B6)ペンタエリスリトールと、ノルマルペンタン酸及び3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合酸(モル比で65:35)とのエステル(40℃における動粘度31.4mm2/s、100℃における動粘度5.6mm2/s、粘度指数118)。
(C1)ポリα−オレフィン(PAO)(40℃における動粘度34.0mm2/s、100℃における動粘度6.9mm2/s、粘度指数168)
(C2)ポリα−オレフィン(PAO)(40℃における動粘度68.0mm2/s、100℃における動粘度9.9mm2/s、粘度指数128)
R407C:ジフルオロメタン/ペンタフルオロエタン/1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンの混合物(質量比23/25/52)
CO2:二酸化炭素
R404A:ペンタフルオロエタン/1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン/1,1,1−トリフルオロエタンの混合物(質量比44/4/52)
R134a:1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン
R410A:ジフルオロメタン/ペンタフルオロエタンの混合物(質量比50/50)
実コンプレッサと類似の冷媒雰囲気にできる、神鋼造機(株)製の高圧雰囲気摩擦試験機(回転ベーン材と固定ディスク材との回転しゅう動方式)を用いて、耐摩耗性試験を行った。試験条件は、評価冷媒の種類ごとに下記の耐摩耗性試験−(1)〜(5)のいずれかとした。
耐摩耗性試験−(1):冷媒としてR407Cを使用し、試験容器内圧力は1.6MPa。
耐摩耗性試験−(2):冷媒にCO2を使用し、試験容器内圧力は1.6MPa。
耐摩耗性試験−(3):冷媒にR404Aを使用し、試験容器内圧力は1.6MPa。
耐摩耗性試験−(4):冷媒にR134aを使用し、試験容器内圧力は1.6MPa。
耐摩耗性試験−(5):冷媒にR410Aを使用し、試験容器内圧力は3.1MPa。
安定性試験は、JIS K2211−09(オートクレーブテスト)に準拠し、含有水分量を100ppmに調整した試料油80gをオートクレーブに秤取し、触媒(鉄、銅、アルミの線、いずれも外径1.6mm×長さ50mm)と評価冷媒20gとを封入した後、150℃に加熱し、150時間後の試料油の外観と酸価(JIS C2101)を測定した。得られた結果を表3〜17に示す。
Claims (8)
- (A)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン及びペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む多価アルコールと、炭素数6〜12の多塩基酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数4〜18の一価アルコール及び炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成され、40℃における動粘度が40mm 2 /s以上であるコンプレックスエステル、並びに、(B)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール及びジペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種の多価アルコールと、炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるポリオールエステルを、前記(A)コンプレックスエステル/前記(B)ポリオールエステルの質量比5/95〜95/5で混合した混合エステルを基油として含有する冷凍機油と、
二酸化炭素、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンとの混合物、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとの混合物、及びペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンと1,1,1−トリフルオロエタンとの混合物から選ばれる冷媒と、
を含有する、冷凍機用作動流体組成物。 - 前記(A)コンプレックスエステルを構成する前記多価アルコールは、ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン及びペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種に加えて、ネオペンチルグリコール以外の炭素数2〜10の二価アルコールを更に含む、請求項1に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記(A)コンプレックスエステルを構成する前記多価アルコールは、ネオペンチルグリコール及びトリメチロールプロパンから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記(A)コンプレックスエステルを構成する前記多塩基酸は、アジピン酸及びセバシン酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記(A)コンプレックスエステルを構成する前記炭素数4〜18の一価アルコール及び炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種が、炭素数8〜10の一価アルコールである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記(B)ポリオールエステルは、ネオペンチルグリコール及びペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数4〜9の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるエステルである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- 前記(B)ポリオールエステルは、ペンタエリスリトールと、炭素数4の分岐脂肪酸及び3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸の混合脂肪酸とから合成されるエステルである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機用作動流体組成物。
- (A)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン及びペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む多価アルコールと、炭素数6〜12の多塩基酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、炭素数4〜18の一価アルコール及び炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成され、40℃における動粘度が40mm 2 /s以上であるコンプレックスエステル、並びに、(B)ネオペンチルグリコール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール及びジペンタエリスリトールから選ばれる少なくとも1種の多価アルコールと、炭素数4〜18の一価脂肪酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種とから合成されるポリオールエステルを、前記(A)コンプレックスエステル/前記(B)ポリオールエステルの質量比5/95〜95/5で混合した混合エステルを基油として含有し、
二酸化炭素、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンとの混合物、ジフルオロメタンとペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンとの混合物、及びペンタフルオロエタンと1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンと1,1,1−トリフルオロエタンとの混合物から選ばれる冷媒と共に用いられる、冷凍機油。
