Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る空気入りタイヤの断面図である。本実施形態の空気入りタイヤ100は、一対のビード部2と、ビード部2のタイヤ径方向外側に連なる一対のサイドウォール部3と、サイドウォール部3間に跨るトレッド部4とを含み、ビード部2に埋設されたビードコア5間でこれら各部に亘ってトロイド状に延在するカーカス6と、カーカス6のクラウン部のタイヤ径方向外側に設けられた複数のベルト層からなるベルト7とを有するタイヤ成型体101と、インナーライナー1とを備えている。
第2の実施形態に係る空気入りタイヤの構成は、図1に示すとおりである。すなわち、インナーライナー1の製造方法が第1の実施形態と異なるのみであるので、詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (8)
- タイヤ成型体の内周面にインナーライナーを配置した空気入りタイヤの製造方法であって、
熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層を有する帯状の樹脂フィルムを、該樹脂フィルムの長手方向に一定間隔で幅方向に切断する切断工程と、
前記切断工程により生成された複数の樹脂フィルム片の非切断辺同士を接合する接合工程と、
前記接合工程により生成されたインナーライナーを前記タイヤ成型体の内周面に配置する工程と
を含み、
前記樹脂フィルムの幅は100mm以上であることを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤの製造方法。 - 前記樹脂フィルムは、前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層と、熱可塑性エラストマー層とを有する積層体である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの幅は400mm以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記複数の樹脂フィルム片の接合幅は、0mm以上300mm以下である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記複数の樹脂フィルム片の接合幅は、0mm以上5mm以下である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記積層体における、前記熱可塑性エラストマー層の幅と前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルム層の幅との差は、前記樹脂フィルム片の接合幅よりも大きくない、請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの幅に対する前記複数の樹脂フィルム片の接合幅の割合は、0以上0.1以下である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法により製造されることを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤ。
