Claims (9)
- 複数の第1タッチ電極と、
複数の第2タッチ電極と、
前記複数の第1タッチ電極と前記複数の第2タッチ電極に接続されたドライバを含み、
前記ドライバは、
タッチのフォースレベルをセンシングするために少なくとも1つの第1タッチ駆動信号を第1タッチ電極に供給し、タッチ領域に該当する第1タッチ電極のサブセット(subset)を示すデータを生成し、
前記タッチ領域に該当する前記複数の第2タッチ電極のサブセットを示す少なくとも1つの制御信号に基づいて、前記タッチの位置をセンシングするために少なくとも1つの第2タッチ駆動信号を前記第2タッチ電極のサブセットに供給し、
前記タッチ領域に該当する前記第1タッチ電極のサブセットを示すデータに基づいて、前記タッチ領域に該当する前記第2タッチ電極のサブセットを示す前記少なくとも1つの制御信号を生成するコントローラをさらに含む、タッチセンシング表示装置。 - 前記ドライバは、
前記タッチのフォースレベルをセンシングするために少なくとも1つの第1タッチ駆動信号を前記第1タッチ電極に供給し、前記タッチ領域に該当する第1タッチ電極のサブセットを示すデータを生成する第1タッチドライバと、
前記タッチ領域に該当する前記複数の第2タッチ電極のサブセットを示す少なくとも1つの制御信号に基づいて、前記タッチの位置をセンシングするために少なくとも1つの第2タッチ駆動信号を前記第2タッチ電極のサブセットに供給する第2タッチドライバを含む、請求項1に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。 - 前記タッチと前記第1タッチ電極の間の距離は、前記タッチと前記第2タッチ電極の間の距離とは異なる、請求項1に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。
- 前記第1タッチ電極と前記第2タッチ電極との間に配置されたカラーフィルタ基板をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。
- 前記複数の第1タッチ電極は、前記カラーフィルタ基板上に配置され、
前記複数の第2タッチ電極は、前記カラーフィルタ基板下に配置された、請求項4に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチ電極は、前記カラーフィルタ基板に設けられたオンセル(oncell)タイプのタッチ電極であり、
前記第2タッチ電極は、TFTアレイ基板に設けられたインセル(in−cell)タイプのタッチ電極である、請求項4に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。 - 前記カラーフィルタ基板上に配置されたカバー基板と、
前記カラーフィルタ基板と前記カバー基板の間に配置された弾性誘電体層をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。 - 前記弾性誘電体層は、タッチの力によって厚さが変化して前記タッチを引き起こす物体と前記第1タッチ電極との間の静電容量を変化させる、請求項7に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。
- 前記弾性誘電体層は、PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane)、アクリル(acrylic)あるいはポリウレタン(poly−urethane)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載のタッチセンシング表示装置。
