Description
下する。入力処理部の端子数が増加するため回路面積も増え、コスト増加が懸念される。一方、先端が導電性ゴム製のスタイラスを使用した場合、電極数を同等とすると接触面で直径6mm程度の形状が必要なため、文字入力の違和感を伴う。

Claims (12)
- XY位置座標を検出する複数の座標検出電極と、前記座標検出電極を有する第一の基板と、前記第一の基板に対向して設けられた第二の基板とを備えた静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記第一の基板と前記第二の基板側との間に、導電性の導電層と、前記第一および第二の基板の面方向に間隔を有して設けられた複数の非導電性のスペーサと、前記第一の基板、前記第二の基板および前記スペーサよりも剛性が低い弾性層とを備えたことを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項1に記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記第二の基板と前記導電層との間に、前記弾性層を備え、
前記第一基板と前記導電層との間に前記スペーサを備えたことを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項1に記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記導電層と前記弾性層とは、同一の層である弾性導電層であり、
当該弾性導電層と前記第一の基板との間に前記スペーサを備えたことを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項1に記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記第一の基板と前記導電層との間に、前記弾性層を備え、
前記第二基板と前記導電層との間に前記スペーサを備えたことを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項2または請求項4に記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記導電層と前記弾性層との間または前記導電層と前記スペーサとの間に、前記弾性層よりも剛性が高い非導電層を備えたことを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記弾性層の厚さは、前記スペーサの高さよりも大きいことを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項2または請求項3に記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記座標検出電極上に絶縁膜を有し、
前記スペーサは、前記絶縁膜に接触しうることを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - XY位置座標を検出する複数の座標検出電極と、前記座標検出電極を有する第一の基板と、前記第一の基板に対向して設けられた第二の基板とを備えた静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記第一の基板と前記第二の基板側との間に、導電性の導電層と、前記導電層と前記第一の基板との間に、前記第一および第二の基板の面方向に間隔を有して設けられた複数の非導電性のスペーサとを備え、
前記スペーサは、前記第一の基板、前記第二の基板および前記導電層よりも剛性が低いことを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記スペーサは、ビーズであることを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記スペーサは、前記第一の基板側または前記第二の基板側に形成された突起であることを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の静電容量結合方式タッチパネルにおいて、
前記スペーサの設置ピッチは、20μm以上、10000μm以下であることを特徴とする静電容量結合方式タッチパネル - 表示部を有する表示装置と、
前記表示部上に設けられた請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の静電容量結合式タッチパネルとを備えたタッチパネル付表示装置。
