Claims (5)
- プライマリ軸(2)に支持される駆動プーリ(4)と、セカンダリ軸(3)に支持される従動プーリ(5)と、それら両プーリ(4,5)に巻き掛けられるベルト(6)と、それら両プーリ(4,5)およびベルト(6)を収容するミッションケース(7)と、そのミッションケース(7)に取り付けられて前記駆動プーリ(4)または前記従動プーリ(5)の何れか一方の溝幅を変更可能なアクチュエータ(12)とを備えて、車両に搭載されるベルト式無段変速機であって、
前記アクチュエータ(12)の外殻を構成するアクチュエータケース(16)が、前記ミッションケース(7)における取付部(24)に外方から対向して該取付部(24)に固定される固定部(14a)を有しており、
前記ミッションケース(7)の前記取付部(24)に、該ミッションケース(7)の内外を貫通するミッションケース貫通孔(7a)が形成されるとともに、前記アクチュエータケース(16)の前記固定部(14a)に、該アクチュエータケース(16)の内外を貫通するアクチュエータケース貫通孔(16a)が形成され、
それらミッションケース貫通孔(7a)およびアクチュエータケース貫通孔(16a)を連通させる連通路(14e)が、前記取付部(24)および前記固定部(14a)の合わせ面に、それら取付部(24)および固定部(14a)の少なくとも一方を溝状に凹ませることで形成され、これら両貫通孔(7a,16a)および連通路(14e)を介して、前記アクチュエータケース(16)から前記ミッションケース(7)までを連通させたことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記ミッションケース貫通孔(7a)を前記アクチュエータケース貫通孔(16a)よりも車両後方側に配置するとともに、前記連通路(14e)を車両前方に向けて上り傾斜させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 車両下方側に位置する前記アクチュエータケース(16)の内部底壁(27a)を車両前方に向けて下り傾斜させるとともに、前記アクチュエータケース貫通孔(16a)を前記内部底壁(27a)の下端に対応する位置に開口させたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記連通路(14e)を前記アクチュエータケース(16)に形成するとともに、少なくとも前記ミッションケース貫通孔(7a)と対向する部分の前記連通路(14e)の幅(p)を、前記ミッションケース貫通孔(7a)の径(q)よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れかに記載のベルト式無段変速機。
- 前記ミッションケース(7)内における前記ミッションケース貫通孔(7a)の開口部(7a′)に車両前方側で隣接する位置に、該開口部(7a′)よりも前記ミッションケース(7)内に突出するリブ(28)を配設したことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4の何れかに記載のベルト式無段変速機。
