Description
なお、本発明は、実施の態様として以下の内容を含む。
〔態様1〕
廃水用撹拌装置であって、
組立後の状態で鉛直方向に伸びる駆動シャフト(4)を備えた駆動装置(1)と、
前記駆動シャフト(4)に設置される撹拌体(5)と、
前記駆動シャフト(4)の自由端(E)が回転自在に保持される安全軸受(7)とを備え、
スライドスリーブ(14)が前記駆動シャフト(4)の自由端(E)に設置されており、該スライドスリーブ(14)の摩耗状態を検出する装置(13、16、17)が設けられていることを特徴とする、
廃水用撹拌装置。
〔態様2〕
態様1に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記の摩耗状態を検出する装置(13、16、17)は、前記安全軸受(7)に設置されたセンサ(13)と、該センサ(13)によりもたらされた信号を評価する、評価装置(AW)を備える、撹拌装置。
〔態様3〕
態様1または2に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記評価装置(AW)は、所定の摩耗状態の検出に応じて、前記駆動装置(1)を自動的にスイッチオフする回路(S)を備える、撹拌装置。
〔態様4〕
態様1〜3のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記の摩耗状態を検出する装置(13、16、17)は、前記評価装置(AW)により決定された操作状態を表示する表示装置(P3,P4)を備える、撹拌装置。
〔態様5〕
態様1〜4のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記操作状態が、前記スライドスリーブ(14)の摩耗状態及び/または緊急停止状態である、撹拌装置。
〔態様6〕
態様1〜5のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記安全軸受(7)が前記スライドスリーブ(14)を囲繞する軸受ブッシュ(12)を備え、前記センサ(13)が該軸受ブッシュ(12)に設置されている、撹拌装置。
〔態様7〕
態様1〜6のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記安全軸受(7)は、廃水タンクの基底部(2)に固定するための保持装置(8)を備え、前記軸受ブッシュ(12)は、前記保持装置(8)に脱着自在に固定される、撹拌装置。
〔態様8〕
態様1〜7のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記センサ(13)は磁場センサ、誘導コイル、スイッチ接点、歪センサ、または振動センサである、撹拌装置。
〔態様9〕
態様1〜8のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記磁場センサはリードスイッチまたはホール効果センサである、撹拌装置。
〔態様10〕
態様1〜9のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記センサ(13)によって検出可能な被検出素子が少なくとも一つ、前記スライドスリーブ(14)に収納されている、撹拌装置。
〔態様11〕
態様1〜10のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、複数の被検出素子が、前記スライドスリーブの周に沿って分布する形で、前記スライドスリーブに収納されている、撹拌装置。
〔態様12〕
態様1〜11のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記被検出素子が、前記周に沿って均等に分布している、撹拌装置。
〔態様13〕
態様1〜12のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記複数の被検出素子は、前記スライドスリーブ(14)の外周部(A)に対し互いに異なる深さで、該スライドスリーブ(14)内に設けられている、撹拌装置。
〔態様14〕
態様1〜13のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記被検出素子は、永久磁石(16)または前記駆動シャフト(4)に電気伝導性を持って接続されたスイッチ接点(17)である、撹拌装置。
〔態様15〕
態様1〜14のいずれか一態様に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記撹拌体(5)が、双曲面体状に形成されている、撹拌装置。

Claims (11)
- 廃水用撹拌装置であって、
組立後の状態で鉛直方向に伸びる駆動シャフト(4)を備えた駆動装置(1)と、
前記駆動シャフト(4)に設置される撹拌体(5)と、
前記駆動シャフト(4)の自由端(E)が回転自在に保持される安全軸受(7)とを備えた廃水用撹拌装置において、
スライドスリーブ(14)が前記駆動シャフト(4)の自由端(E)に設置されており、該スライドスリーブ(14)の摩耗状態を検出する装置(13、16、17)が設けられており、
前記の摩耗状態を検出する装置(13、16、17)は、前記安全軸受(7)に設置された、磁場センサまたは誘導コイルからなるセンサ(13)と、該センサ(13)によりもたらされた信号を評価する、評価装置(AW)を備え、
前記センサ(13)によって検出可能な少なくとも1つの永久磁石(16)が、前記スライドスリーブ(14)に収納されていることを特徴とする撹拌装置。 - 請求項1に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記評価装置(AW)は、所定の摩耗状態の検出に応じて、前記駆動装置(1)を自動的にスイッチオフする回路(S)を備える、撹拌装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記の摩耗状態を検出する装置(13、16、17)は、前記評価装置(AW)により決定された操作状態を表示する表示装置(P3,P4)を備える、撹拌装置。
- 請求項3に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記操作状態が、前記スライドスリーブ(14)の摩耗状態及び/または緊急停止状態である、撹拌装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記安全軸受(7)が前記スライドスリーブ(14)を囲繞する軸受ブッシュ(12)を備え、前記センサ(13)が該軸受ブッシュ(12)に設置されている、撹拌装置。
- 請求項5に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記安全軸受(7)は、廃水タンクの基底部(2)に固定するための保持装置(8)を備え、前記軸受ブッシュ(12)は、前記保持装置(8)に脱着自在に固定される、撹拌装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記磁場センサはリードスイッチまたはホール効果センサである、撹拌装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌装置であって、複数の永久磁石(16)が、前記スライドスリーブ(14)の周に沿って分布する形で、前記スライドスリーブ(14)に収納されている、撹拌装置。
- 請求項8に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記永久磁石が、前記周に沿って均等に分布している、撹拌装置。
- 請求項8または9に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記複数の永久磁石は、前記スライドスリーブ(14)の外周部(A)に対し互いに異なる深さで、該スライドスリーブ(14)内に設けられている、撹拌装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の撹拌装置であって、前記撹拌体(5)が、双曲面体状に形成されている、撹拌装置。
