Description
可逆的熱変色性セラミックス被覆層を備えるプレートの作製
(実験1)
粒径10〜50nmのシリカゾル300g(水含有量−210g)、イソプロピルアルコール(IPA)200g、充填材顔料としてのFe2O3200g、2μmのサイズの添加物としての銀粉末1g及び銅粉末4gをボールミルに加え、約5時間の間、100rpmの回転速度で粉砕することによって、流動状態にある粉砕材料を得た。流動状態にある前記粉砕材料に、メチルトリメトキシシラン(MTMS)250gを硬化剤として加え、約8時間の間、混合物を攪拌・熟成した。
(実験2)
実験1と同様の方法を用いて、被覆材及びプレートを作製した。しかし、充填材顔料としては、合計重量200gのFe2O3及びTiO2を重量比1:1で用いた。
(実験3)
実験1と同様の方法を用いて、被覆材及びプレートを作製した。しかし、充填材顔料としては、合計重量200gのFe2O3及びCd−レッドを重量比1:1で用いた。
(実験4)
実験1と同様の方法を用いて、被覆材及びプレートを作製した。しかし、充填材顔料としては、合計重量200gのFe2O3、Cd−レッド及びCoを重量比1:1:2で用いた。
(対照1及び2)
実験1と同様の方法を用いて、被覆材及びプレートを作製した。しかし、充填材顔料としては、合計重量200gのFe3O4またはCoを用いた。
可逆的熱変色性セラミックス被覆層を備えるプレートの加熱時の色変化の同定
実施例1の対照1〜2及び実験1〜4のプレートを90℃〜150℃に加熱した。以下の表2に示すとおり、実験1〜4では特定の温度で色変化が生じ、かつ冷却後に元の色に可逆的に戻ることを観察した。
金属添加依存性の色変化温度の変動
実施例1の実験1と同様の方法を用いて、被覆材及びプレートを作製した。
Claims (13)
- 被覆組成物の全重量に対して200〜400重量部のシリカゾル、100〜300重量部のアルコール、100〜300重量部の充填材顔料としてのFe2O3 、及び金属粉末を、ボールミルを用いて粉砕することによって粉砕材料を調製する工程と、
前記粉砕材料に200〜300重量部の硬化剤を添加する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物の調製方法。 - 前記金属粉末が、Ag、Cu及びAlからなる群から選択される任意の一以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物の調製方法。
- 前記金属粉末が、0.1〜10重量部添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物の調製方法。
- 前記充填材顔料が更に、Cd−レッド、Cd−イエロー、Ti、Si、Al、Zr、Fe、Mn、Co、Crからなる群から選択される任意の一以上またはそれらの酸化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物の調製方法。
- 前記充填材顔料中において、Fe2O3が、前記充填材顔料の全重量の20%〜90%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物の調製方法。
- 被覆組成物の全重量に対して200〜400重量部のシリカゾル、100〜300重量部のアルコール、100〜300重量部の充填材顔料としてのFe2O3 、及び金属粉末からなる材料の粉砕物に、200〜300重量部の硬化剤を加えた後、攪拌された、可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物。
- 前記金属粉末が、Ag、Cu及びAlからなる群から選択される任意の一以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物。
- 前記金属粉末が、0.1〜10重量部含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物。
- 前記充填材顔料が更に、Cd−レッド、Cd−イエロー、Ti、Si、Al、Zr、Fe、Mn、Co、Crからなる群から選択される任意の一以上またはそれらの酸化物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物。
- 前記充填材顔料中において、Fe2O3が、前記充填材顔料の全重量の20%〜90%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の可逆的色変化可能な被覆組成物。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆組成物を用いて標的領域が被覆され、焼成されている、可逆的色変化可能なプレート。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆組成物を用いて、プレートの標的領域を被覆する工程と、
前記被覆されたプレートを焼成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、可逆的色変化可能なプレートの作製方法。 - 可逆的色変化可能なプレートを標的温度に加熱することによって、被覆領域の色を変化させる方法であって、
標的領域が、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆組成物で被覆され、かつ焼成されていることを特徴とする方法。
