本发明公开了一种电磁发热涂料的固化方法,其步骤包括:1)利用樟脑油将所述电磁发热涂料稀释至所需粘度后施加到基材的表面;2)将基材静置10‑30分钟,使得基材表面的涂层自流平;3)待基材表面的涂层流平后,将基材于50℃‑150℃下干燥15‑30分钟;4)将干燥后的基材于450‑650℃下保温固化,随后自然冷却至室温即可。本发明的电磁加热涂料固化过程简单,涂层稳定均匀,易于施工控制,烧结固化后与基材成为一体,安全,环保,热效率高。

Description

一种电磁发热涂料的固化方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料的固化方法,具体涉及一种将电磁发热涂料固化在非导磁性基材,如陶瓷、玻璃等上以使其能用于烧结式电磁炉的方法,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
电磁炉因其具有加热速度快、使用方便、安全性高且节能环保等特点而被广泛应用于人们的日常生活中。其原理是利用电磁感应现象,交变电流通过电磁炉陶瓷板下方的线圈产生磁场,磁场内的磁力线穿过置于电磁炉上的器具的底部时,产生涡流,令器具底部迅速发热,从而达到加热器具内食品的目的。
因此,用于电磁炉的器具必须具有高磁导率以加强磁感,从而增强涡流电场以及涡流热功率。常见的用于电磁炉的器具,其材质一般为铁质或是合金钢,而其他材质的器具,如玻璃、陶瓷等,由于磁导率的问题,限制了其在电磁炉上的使用。为此,如何使得此类材质的器具能进一步用于电磁炉,将进一步提升电磁炉的使用便利性,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电磁发热涂料的固化方法,通过该方法,可使得玻璃、陶瓷等非导磁性基材上,以使其可适用于烧结式电磁炉使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电磁发热涂料的固化方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)利用樟脑油将所述电磁发热涂料稀释至所需粘度后施加到基材的表面;
2)将基材静置10-30分钟,使得基材表面的涂层自流平;
3)待基材表面的涂层流平后,将基材于50℃-150℃下干燥15-30分钟;
4)将干燥后的基材于450-650℃下保温固化,随后自然冷却至室温即可。
进一步地:所述基材为玻璃或陶瓷。
进一步地:步骤1)中的粘度为15mpas-80mpas。
进一步地:所述涂层的厚度为0.05mm-0.15mm。
进一步地:按重量百分比计,所述电磁发热涂料由以下组分制成:合金粉体:80-90%、催化剂:0.1-1%、偶联剂:0.1-1%、塑化剂:1-3%、粘结剂:1-3%、引发剂:0.1-0.5%、稀释剂:5-12%、防沉剂:0.1-0.5%。
进一步地:所述合金粉体为铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、银、金、锡中的一种或几种。
进一步地:所述催化剂为硝酸铵,所述偶联剂为钛酸丁酯,所述塑化剂为双酚A型环氧树脂,所述引发剂为甲基咪唑。
进一步地:所述粘结剂为聚维酮和硅酸钠。
进一步地:所述稀释剂为樟脑油;所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明的电磁加热涂料固化过程简单,涂层稳定均匀,易于施工控制,烧结固化后与基材成为一体,安全,环保,热效率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明。若无特别说明,本发明中所采用的各组分均可通过市场购买得到。
本发明所述的电磁发热涂料,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:合金粉体:80-90%、催化剂:0.1-1%、偶联剂:0.1-1%、塑化剂:1-3%、粘结剂:1-3%、引发剂:0.1-0.5%、稀释剂:5-12%、防沉剂:0.1-0.5%。
其中,所述合金粉体为铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、银、金、锡中的一种或几种,且所述合金粉体的D50粒径为1μm-3μm;所述催化剂为硝酸铵,所述偶联剂为钛酸丁酯,所述塑化剂为双酚A型环氧树脂,所述粘结剂为聚维酮和硅酸钠,且聚维酮与硅酸钠之间的用量比为1:2;所述引发剂为甲基咪唑;所述稀释剂为樟脑油;以及所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种如上所述的电磁发热涂料的制备方法,其包括以下制备步骤:
1)将如上所述重量百分比的合金粉体、偶联剂、塑化剂、粘结剂、稀释剂以及防沉剂于室温下混合成浆料,并在砂磨机中研磨至D50为1μm-3μm后过滤待用;
2)向步骤1)的混合浆料中加入如上所述重量百分比的催化剂以及引发剂,搅拌混合均匀即得本发明所述的电磁发热涂料。
本发明还提供了一种将所述电磁发热涂料骤施加到基材的表面的方法,其步骤包括:
1)利用樟脑油将本发明制得的电磁发热涂料稀释至所需粘度,然后通过喷淋、喷涂、涂覆等方式施加到非导磁性材料,如玻璃、陶瓷等基材的表面;
2)将涂覆有电磁发热涂料的基材静置10-30分钟,使得基材表面的涂层自流平;
3)待基材表面的涂层流平后,将基材于50℃-150℃下干燥15-30分钟;
4)将干燥后的基材于450-650℃下保温固化15min-30min,随后自然冷却至室温即可。
其中,步骤1)中的粘度为25℃下15mpas-80mpas;步骤2)中的涂层厚度为0.05mm-0.15mm。
实施例1
一种电磁发热涂料,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:金属铁粉末(D50粒径3μm):80%、硝酸铵:1%、钛酸丁酯1%、双酚A型环氧树脂3%、聚维酮1%、硅酸钠2%、甲基咪唑0.5%、樟脑油11%、聚酰胺蜡0.5%。其制备步骤包括:
1)将如上所述重量百分比的铁粉末、钛酸丁酯、双酚A型环氧树脂、聚维酮、硅酸钠、樟脑油、聚酰胺蜡于室温下混合成浆料,并在砂磨机中研磨至D50为1μm-3μm后过滤待用;
2)向步骤1)的混合浆料中加入硝酸铵以及甲基咪唑,搅拌混合均匀即得本发明所述的电磁发热涂料。
可将本实施例中制得的电磁发热涂料施加到玻璃器皿的表面,其步骤包括:
1)利用樟脑油将本实施例中制得的电磁发热涂料稀释至粘度为35mpas(25℃),然后通过喷淋方式施加到玻璃器皿表面形成厚度为0.05mm的涂层;
2)将涂覆有电磁发热涂料的玻璃器皿静置20分钟,使表面的涂层自流平;
3)待玻璃表面的涂层流平后,于100℃下干燥20分钟;
4)将干燥后的玻璃器皿于480℃下保温固化20min,随后自然冷却至室温即可。
实施例2
一种电磁发热涂料,按重量百分比计,其由以下组分制成:锌粉末(D50粒径2μm):80%、锡粉末(D50粒径2μm):5%、硝酸铵0.5%、钛酸丁酯0.5%、双酚A型环氧树脂2%、聚维酮1%、硅酸钠2%、甲基咪唑0.5%、樟脑油8%、聚酰胺蜡0.5%。其制备过程同实施例1。
可将本实施例中制得的电磁发热涂料施加到陶瓷器皿的表面,其步骤包括:
1)利用樟脑油将本实施例制得的电磁发热涂料稀释至粘度为60mpas(25℃),然后通过喷淋方式施加到陶瓷器皿表面形成厚度为0.08mm的涂层;
2)将涂覆有电磁发热涂料的陶瓷器皿静置20分钟,使表面的涂层自流平;
3)待陶瓷表面的涂层流平后,于100℃下干燥20分钟;
4)将干燥后的陶瓷器皿于500℃下保温固化18min,随后自然冷却至室温即可。

Claims (9)

1.一种电磁发热涂料的固化方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)利用樟脑油将所述电磁发热涂料稀释至所需粘度后施加到基材的表面;
2)将基材静置10-30分钟,使得基材表面的涂层自流平;
3)待基材表面的涂层流平后,将基材于50℃-150℃下干燥15-30分钟;
4)将干燥后的基材于450-650℃下保温固化,随后自然冷却至室温即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固化方法,其特征在于:所述基材为玻璃或陶瓷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固化方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中的粘度为15mpas-80mpas。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固化方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述涂层的厚度为0.05mm-0.15mm。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的固化方法,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,所述电磁发热涂料由以下组分制成:合金粉体:80-90%、催化剂:0.1-1%、偶联剂:0.1-1%、塑化剂:1-3%、粘结剂:1-3%、引发剂:0.1-0.5%、稀释剂:5-12%、防沉剂:0.1-0.5%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的固化方法,其特征在于:所述合金粉体为铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、银、金、锡中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的固化方法,其特征在于:所述催化剂为硝酸铵,所述偶联剂为钛酸丁酯,所述塑化剂为双酚A型环氧树脂,所述引发剂为甲基咪唑。
8.根据权利要求5所述的固化方法,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为聚维酮和硅酸钠。
9.根据权利要求5所述的固化方法,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为樟脑油;所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
