表2〜6は、本発明の実施例(試料No.1〜12)及び比較例(試料No.13〜15)を示している。

Claims (10)
- (a)ガラス組成としてアルカリ金属酸化物を含有するガラス粉末、(b)波長440〜480nmの励起光を照射することにより蛍光を発する無機蛍光体粉末、及び、(c)光触媒活性を有するTiO 2 粉末、を含有することを特徴とする波長変換材料。
- 無機酸化物粉末の平均粒子径が2nm〜150μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波長変換材料。
- 無機酸化物粉末の含有量が0.001〜10質量%であること特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の波長変換材料。
- ガラス粉末に含まれるアルカリ金属酸化物の含有量が0.1〜35モル%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換材料。
- ガラス粉末に含まれるLi2Oの含有量が0.1モル%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換材料。
- ガラス粉末が、モル%で、SiO2 30〜80%、B2O3 1〜40%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0.1〜20%、及び、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0.1〜45%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換材料。
- 無機蛍光体粉末が、窒化物蛍光体、酸窒化物蛍光体、酸化物蛍光体、硫化物蛍光体、酸硫化物蛍光体、ハロゲン化物蛍光体及びアルミン酸塩蛍光体から選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換材料。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換材料を焼成してなることを特徴とする波長変換部材。
- ガラス組成としてアルカリ金属酸化物を含有するガラス粉末の焼結体からなるマトリクス中に、無機蛍光体粉末、及び、光触媒活性を有するTiO 2 粉末が分散してなることを特徴とする波長変換部材。
- 請求項8または9に記載の波長変換部材、及び、波長変換部材に励起光を照射する光源を備えてなることを特徴とする発光デバイス。
