Description
(1) 回動軸を中心にして開閉可能に連結された一対の作業部を有する手術用器具であって、前記一対の作業部は、一対の切刃を摺り合わせることで対象物を切断する切断部と、前記一対の作業部を閉じることで対象物を把持する一対の把持面と、前記一対の作業部を開くときに生体組織を剥離可能に形成された一対の剥離部とを有し、前記把持面は、前記作業部の長手方向に沿う方向の軸長が1〜5mmであることを特徴とする外科手術用器具である。
(2) 前記把持面と前記切刃との間に刃のない段差部を有する前記(1)に記載の外科手術用器具であり、
(3) 前記回動軸を交点にして交差する一対の棒状部材における、前記回動軸より先端側に前記一対の作業部が形成され、前記回動軸より後端側に一対の操作部が形成され、前記一対の操作部の開閉に応じて前記一対の作業部が開閉する前記(1)又は前記(2)に記載の外科手術用器具であり、
(4) 前記把持面は、略楕円形であり、前記作業部の長手方向に沿う方向の軸長に直交する方向の軸長が1〜5mmであり、前記一対の作業部が閉じた状態のときの一対の先端部の合計厚さが1〜5mmであり、前記切刃の長さが5〜50mmである前記(1)〜前記(3)のいずれか一つに記載の外科手術用器具である。
図1(a)に示すように、一対の作業部3、3が閉じた状態の外科手術用器具1は、施術者がリング部6、6に指を挿入し、一対の操作部4、4が離隔する方向に力をかけると、回転軸5を中心にして棒状部材2、2が回動し、作業部3、3が互いに離れて、開いた状態になる。

Claims (3)
- 回動軸を中心にして開閉可能に連結された一対の作業部を有する手術用器具であって、
前記一対の作業部は、中実に構成されるものであって、一対の切刃を摺り合わせることで対象物を切断する切断部と、前記一対の作業部を閉じることで対象物を把持する一対の把持面と、前記一対の作業部を開くときに生体組織を剥離可能に形成された一対の剥離部とを有し、
前記把持面は、前記作業部の長手方向に沿う方向の軸長が1〜5mmであり、
前記把持面は、前記作業部の先端に設けられるものであって、上面視で、略楕円形であり、
前記把持面と前記切刃との間に刃のない段差部を有し、
前記段差部と、前記把持面の成す角が、80°から150°であり、
前記段差部は、前記把持面に直交する方向の高さが0.1mm以上10.0mm以下であることを特徴とする外科手術用器具。 - 前記回動軸を交点にして交差する一対の棒状部材における、前記回動軸より先端側に前記一対の作業部が形成され、前記回動軸より後端側に一対の操作部が形成され、前記一対の操作部の開閉に応じて前記一対の作業部が開閉する請求項1に記載の外科手術用器具。
- 前記把持面は、前記作業部の長手方向に沿う方向の軸長に直交する方向の軸長が1〜5mmであり、前記一対の作業部が閉じた状態のときの一対の先端部の合計厚さが1〜5mmであり、前記切刃の長さが5〜50mmである請求項1又は2に記載の外科手術用器具。
