Claims (11)
- 部品素材の表層部に位置する加飾面上に、複数の同じ微小基本模様を規則的に配置してなる絵柄が描画された加飾部品であって、
前記微小基本模様は、第1レーザ加工溝を含んで描画された第1図形と、前記第1図形により囲まれかつ1つの前記第1レーザ加工溝の内側の領域内に位置し、第2レーザ加工溝を含んで描画された第2図形とにより構成され、
前記第1レーザ加工溝の内面の表面粗さ(Ra1)が、前記加飾面において前記微小基本模様が存在していない箇所の表面粗さ(Ra3)よりも大きく、
前記第2レーザ加工溝の内面の表面粗さ(Ra2)が、前記第1レーザ加工溝の内面の表面粗さ(Ra1)よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする加飾部品。 - 前記第1レーザ加工溝の内面の表面粗さ(Ra1)は0.1μm未満であり、前記第2レーザ加工溝の内面の表面粗さ(Ra2)は0.2μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加飾部品。
- 前記微小基本模様は、大きさが5mm角以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加飾部品。
- 前記第1図形及び前記第2図形は、いずれも平面視で相似の図形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の加飾部品。
- 前記第1図形及び前記第2図形は、いずれも平面視で相似の閉じた図形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の加飾部品。
- 前記微小基本模様は、前記第1図形と複数の前記第2図形とにより構成され、前記第1図形及び複数の前記第2図形は、いずれも平面視で相似の閉じた図形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の加飾部品。
- 前記第1図形及び複数の前記第2図形は、前記微小基本模様の中心から偏心して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加飾部品。
- 前記第1図形及び複数の前記第2図形は、前記微小基本模様の中心から偏心して配置されているとともに、一部が互いに重なり合っていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加飾部品。
- 前記第1図形及び複数の前記第2図形は、いずれも平面視で円形であって、ディンプルを模した前記微小基本模様を構成していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の加飾部品。
- 部品素材の表層部に位置する加飾面上に、複数の同じ微小基本模様を規則的に配置してなる絵柄を描画するレーザ照射工程を経て、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の加飾部品を製造する方法であって、
前記レーザ照射工程では、前記第2レーザ加工溝の形成時のレーザ照射条件を前記第1レーザ加工溝の形成時の単位面積当たりのレーザ照射エネルギーよりも強く設定してレーザ照射を行う
ことを特徴とする加飾部品の製造方法。 - 部品素材の表層部に位置する加飾面上に、複数の同じ微小基本模様を規則的に配置してなる絵柄を描画するレーザ照射工程を経て、請求項8または9に記載の加飾部品を製造する方法であって、
前記レーザ照射工程では、前記第2レーザ加工溝の形成時のレーザ照射条件を前記第1レーザ加工溝の形成時の単位面積当たりのレーザ照射エネルギーよりも強く設定するとともに、一筆書きの要領でレーザ照射を行う
ことを特徴とする加飾部品の製造方法。
