Claims (7)
- 立体形状をなすワークの表面に絵柄が描かれた加飾面を形成することにより、加飾部品を製造する方法であって、
前記加飾面にレーザを照射することにより、複数本の線状レーザ加工溝を所定方向に沿って密に並べて配置してなる前記絵柄を前記加飾面上に形成するレーザ照射工程を含み、
前記絵柄は、前記複数本の線状レーザ加工溝を互いに平行に配置してなるブロックを複数個組み合わせたものであり、
前記レーザ照射工程では、
所定のブロックを構成する前記複数本の線状レーザ加工溝をレーザ照射によって順次形成した後、前記所定のブロックに隣接する別のブロックを構成する前記複数本の線状レーザ加工溝をレーザ照射によって順次形成する一連の動作を繰り返し行い、
前記所定のブロックを形成するステップから前記別のブロックを形成するステップに移行する度に、前記所定方向と前記別のブロックを構成する前記線状レーザ加工溝の延びる方向とがなす角度を、前記所定方向と前記所定のブロックを構成する前記線状レーザ加工溝の延びる方向とがなす前記角度から15°以下ずつ変化させる
ことを特徴とする加飾部品の製造方法。 - 前記レーザ照射工程では、前記複数本のレーザ加工溝を等ピッチで形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。
- 前記レーザ照射工程では、前記複数本の線状レーザ加工溝を、線ピッチが0.1mm以上1mm以下となるように形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。
- 前記レーザ照射工程前に、熱硬化性を有する塗料からなり、前記ワークの表面を覆う熱硬化型塗膜を形成する熱硬化型塗膜形成工程を行い、
前記レーザ照射工程では、前記熱硬化型塗膜にレーザを照射することにより、前記線状レーザ加工溝を前記加飾面である前記熱硬化型塗膜の表面上に形成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。 - 前記レーザ照射工程後に、鱗片状をなす光輝剤を含有した塗料からなり、前記加飾面を覆う光輝剤含有塗膜を形成する光輝剤含有塗膜形成工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。
- 前記ワークの表面が複数の面によって構成され、
前記加飾面の外周縁が、前記複数の面の接続部分となるキャラクターライン上に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。 - 立体形状をなすワークの表面に絵柄が描かれた加飾面を有する加飾部品であって、
複数本の線状レーザ加工溝を所定方向に沿って密に並べて配置してなる前記絵柄が前記加飾面上に形成され、
前記絵柄は、前記複数本の線状レーザ加工溝を互いに平行に配置してなるブロックを複数個組み合わせたものであり、
前記複数本の線状レーザ加工溝は等ピッチで形成されており、
前記所定方向と前記線状レーザ加工溝の延びる方向とがなす角度が前記線状レーザ加工溝が並ぶ方向に沿って徐々に変化するように前記絵柄が形成される
ことを特徴とする加飾部品。
