Claims (4)
- 立体形状をなす部品素材の表面上に設定された被加飾領域にレーザを照射することにより、前記被加飾領域に複数の柄パターンを配列した絵柄を描くレーザ照射工程を経て、加飾部品を製造する方法であって、
前記絵柄は、複数の柄パターンからなる第1ブロックと、前記第1ブロックを構成する柄パターンとは異なる複数の柄パターンからなる第2ブロックとを複数個ずつ密接にかつ規則的に連続して配置することで構成され、
前記レーザ照射工程を行う前に、前記被加飾領域を複数のレーザ照射領域に分割するとともに、その際に前記絵柄における異種ブロック同士の境界及び/又は同種ブロック同士の境界に沿って前記複数のレーザ照射領域同士の継ぎ目を設定するレーザ照射領域設定工程を行い、
前記レーザ照射工程では、レーザ偏向部または前記部品素材を相対移動させて前記複数のレーザ照射領域ごとにレーザを照射する
ことを特徴とする加飾部品の製造方法。 - 前記継ぎ目は非直線状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。
- 前記絵柄は、繊維織布を模したものであって、細長形状の複数の柄パターンを配向してなる前記第1ブロックと、前記第1ブロックを構成する柄パターンとは異なる方向に細長形状の複数の柄パターンを配向してなる前記第2ブロックとを複数個ずつ密接に配置することで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。
- 前記部品素材は、表面積が相対的に大きい第1面を有する第1部位と、表面積が相対的に小さい第2面を有する第2部位と、前記第1面及び前記第2面同士をつなぐ曲面を有しかつ前記第1部位及び前記第2部位間に位置する連結曲部とを備え、
前記被加飾領域が前記第1面から前記第2面にわたる場合、前記レーザ照射領域設定工程において、前記連結曲部の前記曲面における前記第1面寄りの位置に前記継ぎ目を設定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加飾部品の製造方法。
