Claims (10)
- カップ部及び軸部を有するアウタ部材と、前記アウタ部材に内挿されるインナ部材と、前記アウタ部材及び前記インナ部材の間に介在してトルク伝達を行うトルク伝達部材と、を備える等速ジョイントであって、
前記軸部は、鋼製であり、
前記カップ部は、軽合金製であり且つ有底穴を有し、
前記カップ部の内壁には、前記トルク伝達部材からトルクを受ける溝が形成され、少なくとも前記溝の内面と前記有底穴の内側の底面とを含む前記カップ部の内面にセラミックス又はサーメットを主成分とする多層構造からなる溶射層である高硬度層が設けられることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 請求項1記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、
前記高硬度層は3層構造からなることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 請求項1又は2記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、
前記高硬度層の各層間は、硬さが傾斜的に変化することを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、
前記高硬度層の多層構造は、前記カップ部の内面と接触する内層側に比して、前記トルク伝達部材と接触する外層側の硬さが大きいことを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、
少なくとも前記溝の内面を含む前記カップ部の内面に形成されたショットピーニング処理部に前記高硬度層を備えることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 軽合金製のカップ部及び鋼製の軸部を有するアウタ部材と、前記アウタ部材に内挿されるインナ部材と、前記アウタ部材及び前記インナ部材の間に介在してトルク伝達を行うトルク伝達部材と、を備える等速ジョイントの製造方法であって、
有底穴を有する前記カップ部の内壁に、前記トルク伝達部材からトルクを受ける溝を形成し、少なくとも前記溝の内面と前記有底穴の内側の底面とを含む前記カップ部の内面にセラミックス又はサーメットを主成分とする多層構造からなる高硬度層を溶射により形成する高硬度層形成工程を有することを特徴とする等速ジョイントの製造方法。 - 請求項6記載の等速ジョイントの製造方法において、
前記高硬度層形成工程では、3層構造からなる前記高硬度層を形成することを特徴とする等速ジョイントの製造方法。 - 請求項6又は7記載の等速ジョイントの製造方法において、
前記高硬度層形成工程では、各層間の硬さが傾斜的に変化する前記高硬度層を形成することを特徴とする等速ジョイントの製造方法。 - 請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の等速ジョイントの製造方法において、
前記高硬度層形成工程では、前記溝の内面と接触する前記高硬度層の内層側に比して、前記トルク伝達部材と接触する前記高硬度層の外層側の硬さが大きくなるように前記高硬度層の多層構造を形成することを特徴とする等速ジョイントの製造方法。 - 請求項6〜9の何れか1項に記載の等速ジョイントの製造方法において、
前記高硬度層形成工程の前に、少なくとも前記溝の内面を含む前記カップ部の内面にショットピーニング処理を施すショットピーニング処理工程を有することを特徴とする等速ジョイントの製造方法。
