Description
タイヤ1は、一対のビード部2と、サイドウォール部4と、トレッド部5と、を有する。
・ビードフィラーの高さ22Rは、タイヤ断面高さSRに対する30%以下である。
・トレッド幅は、タイヤ最大幅の81%以上97%以下である。
・タイヤ最大幅位置を通りかつトレッド幅方向に延びる延長線上におけるカーカス層の曲率半径は、30mm以上70mm以下である。
・補強ゴム層を備える。
Claims (9)
- 路面と接するトレッド部と、
ビードコア及びビードフィラーを含む一対のビード部と、
ビード部とトレッド部の間にのびるサイドウォール部と、
前記ビードコアの周りで折り返されて前記ビード部の間でトロイド状に延びるカーカス層と、
前記カーカス層のタイヤ径方向外側に配置され、前記トレッド部を補強するベルト層と、
前記カーカス層のトレッド幅方向外側或いは内側に隣接して配置され、前記サイドウォール部を補強する補強層と、を備え、
前記カーカス層は、前記トレッド部から前記ビードコアに至る本体プライ部分と、前記ビードコアの周りで折り返された折返しプライ部分と、を有するタイヤであって、
前記折返しプライ部分の端部は、タイヤ最大幅高さを超えて延び、
前記ビードフィラーの高さは、タイヤ断面高さに対する30%以下であって、
前記補強層のタイヤ径方向の内側端部は、前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ径方向の外側端部よりもタイヤ径方向内側に位置し、
前記タイヤのトレッド幅方向に沿い、かつタイヤ周方向に直交する断面において、前記補強層の最大厚さは、前記ビードフィラーの最大厚さよりも薄く、
前記トレッド部の前記トレッド幅方向長さであるトレッド幅は、タイヤ最大幅に対する81%以上であり、
前記タイヤのトレッド幅方向に沿い、かつタイヤ周方向に直交する断面において、タイヤ最大幅位置を通りかつ前記トレッド幅方向に延びる延長線上におけるカーカス層の曲率半径は、30mm以上であり、
前記トレッド部は、
複数の周方向溝と、
前記周方向溝で最もトレッド幅方向外側に位置するショルダー周方向溝のトレッド幅方向外側に位置するショルダー陸部と
を有しており、
前記トレッド部に含まれるラグ溝は、前記周方向溝に開口しないように前記ショルダー陸部内に配置されており、前記ショルダー周方向溝間に位置する中央領域の陸部に形成されないことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記トレッド幅は、前記タイヤ最大幅に対する95%以下である、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス層は、1層であり、前記トレッド幅方向に対して傾斜する複数のコードによって構成されており、
前記コードと前記トレッド幅方向との傾斜角度は、20度以下である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記補強層のタイヤ径方向の内側端部と前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ径方向の外側端部のタイヤ径方向における長さは、10mm以下である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤのトレッド幅方向に沿い、かつタイヤ周方向に直交する断面において、前記タイヤ最大幅位置を通りかつ前記トレッド幅方向に延びる延長線上におけるカーカス層の曲率半径は、60mm以下である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ビードフィラーの高さは、前記タイヤ断面高さに対する25%以下である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記折返しプライの端部は、前記ベルト層のタイヤ径方向内側までのびるとともに、前記ベルト層のトレッド幅方向の端部よりもトレッド幅方向内側に配置される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強層のタイヤ径方向の長さは、タイヤ断面高さの40%未満である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤのトレッド幅方向に沿い、かつタイヤ周方向に直交する断面において、前記タイヤ最大幅位置を通り、かつ前記トレッド幅方向に延びる延長線上における前記カーカス層の曲率半径は、50mm以下である、請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載のタイヤ。
