Claims (5)
- 回転軸を支持する軸受部材と、
前記軸受部材が取り付けられるケース部材と、
前記ケース部材は、回転可能に取り付けられたウォーム軸と、前記ウォーム軸と噛み合うウォーム歯車を備え、前記回転軸は、前記ウォーム歯車の回転に伴って回転し、
前記軸受部材を前記ケース部材と共に前記回転軸の軸方向に挟持する取付板と、を備え、
前記取付板は、前記ケース部材に取り付ける相手部材の取り付け部を備え、前記相手部材と共に前記ケース部材を前記軸方向に挟持することを特徴とする軸受部材の取付構造。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受部材の取付構造において、
前記取付板の材料強度は、前記ケース部材の引張強度よりも高いことを特徴とする軸受部材の取付構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の軸受部材の取付構造において、
前記回転軸の軸端は、前記ウォーム歯車が取り付けられるテーブル部材に挿通して固定されることを特徴とする軸受部材の取付構造。 - 請求項3に記載の軸受部材の取付構造において、
前記軸受部材の外輪は、前記取付板と前記ケース部材によって挟持され、
前記軸受部材の内輪は、前記テーブル部材と、前記テーブル部材に締結される保持板によって挟持されることを特徴とする軸受部材の取付構造。 - 回転軸をテーブル部材を介して支持する軸受部材と、
前記軸受部材が取り付けられるケース部材と、
前記ケース部材は、回転可能に取り付けられたウォーム軸と、前記ウォーム軸と噛み合うウォーム歯車を備え、前記回転軸は、前記ウォーム歯車の回転に伴って回転し、
前記軸受部材を前記ケース部材と共に前記回転軸の軸方向に挟持する取付板と、を備え、
前記取付板は、前記ケース部材に取り付ける相手部材の取り付け部を備え、前記相手部材と共に前記ケース部材を前記軸方向に挟持することを特徴とする減速装置。
