Claims (5)
- 生石灰、酸化鉄、およびカルシウムフェライトを含む精錬剤であって、
前記カルシウムフェライトは、Na 2 Oを0.3〜5.0質量%含有することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱りん処理用精錬剤。 - 上底吹き転炉を用いて、請求項1に記載の精錬剤を炉内に添加し、溶銑の脱りん処理を行うことを特徴とする、溶銑の脱りん処理方法。
- 前記精錬剤は、溶銑の装入よりも前に前記炉内に投入することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱りん処理方法。
- 吹錬時間が4分以内であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の溶銑の脱りん処理方法。
- 前記カルシウムフェライトを炉内に添加する際の装入塩基度を1.5〜1.8とし、前記転炉へ供給する前記精錬剤に含まれるCaO質量の合計に対するカルシウムフェライト中のCaO質量の合計が20%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の溶銑の脱りん処理方法。
