Description
1)予め貼付:任意の二つ隣接する要素の間に、厚さが50〜300μmを形成する固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤を貼付し、エッジライティングバックライトモジュール(an edge-lighting backlight module)は、直接に支えフレームに嵌め込まれてある。
2)脱気:固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤を貼付された要素を蒸気圧釜に入れて、10〜250分ぐらい脱気し、蒸気圧釜内の圧力が0.5kg〜10kgであって、温度が30〜65℃になるように制御する。蒸気圧釜で脱気することが従来の遠心真空で脱気することと比べると、パネル要素が均一な圧力を受けて、脱気過程が安定し、固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤の均一な厚さを確保し、貼付された二つ透明要素の間の距離が一定になって理想的な脱気効果を可能にする。
3)硬化:ハイパワーのUV照射ランプを使用して、透明貼付剤本体に強光照射を行い、固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤を硬化させることによって、各々の要素を固着させることができる。
4)シーリングエッジ(エッジ密封ともいう:sealing edge):一体型構造(スクリーン)の端部(エッジ)に対して、磨耗させ、研磨し、シーラーコーティングを塗って後、該一体型構造を乾燥する。ガラスと支持フレームは、貼付されてから、貼り付けの差が生じていたため、二つの要素のカッティングと研磨できる特性を利用して、一体型構造(スクリーン)の端部に対して、密封し、最も酸化しやすく、湿気を受けやすい一体型構造(スクリーン)の端部に対して、補強密封操作をし、それによって、装飾フレーム用の支持バーを必要とせず、生産コストを節約できる。

Claims (12)
- 一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法であって、固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤により、順次に配置された要素を相互に貼付させて一体型構造を形成するものであって、前記要素は、スクリーンの保護ガラス若しくはタッチスクリーンモジュールであるスクリーン保護剤と、液晶スクリーンモジュールと、支持フレームと、ガラスの背蓋板を含み、その製造方法は、下記ステップを含む:
ステップ1)任意の二つの隣接する要素の間に、厚さが50〜300μmの固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤を貼付し、該二つの隣接する要素を予め貼付し、そして、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールを、直接に支持フレームに嵌合する;
ステップ2)固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤を貼付された要素を蒸気圧釜に入れて、蒸気圧釜内の圧力が0.5〜10kgf/cm2であって、温度が30〜65℃になるように制御し、10〜250分脱気する;
ステップ3)ハイパワーのUV照射ランプを使用して、強光照射を行って、固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤を硬化させ、各々の要素を固着し、一体型構造を形成する;
ステップ4)該一体型構造の端部を研磨して、透明のシーラーコーティングで一体型構造の端部を保護し、その後、一体型構造を乾燥する
ことを特徴とする、一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記支持フレームの材質は、有機ガラス板、酸素バリア性樹脂板若しくは金属板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記ステップ1)は、更に、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールを構成している底部反射シート(bottom reflector sheet)と導光板を固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤によって、ガラスの背蓋板の内側に貼付し、前記導光板の一側或いは両側に光源を設け、そしてガラスの背蓋板を支持フレームに貼付し、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールにある上部保護シート、プリズムシートおよび拡散シートを支持フレームに嵌合させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記タッチスクリーンモジュールと、液晶スクリーンモジュールと、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールとガラスの背蓋板は、一定の可撓性を有し、前記ステップ1)でさらに、固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤を利用して、前記液晶スクリーンモジュールを前記タッチスクリーンモジュールと及び前記エッジライティングバックライトモジュールをガラスの背蓋板と、各々予備的に貼付し、ついで、前記タッチスクリーンモジュールの後ろにある前記液晶スクリーンモジュールとガラスの背蓋板の前に位置する前記エッジライティングバックライトモジュールを、支持フレーム内に嵌合し、各々の要素が、円弧状を形成するように貼付させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記ガラスの背蓋板は、導光ができ、導光できるガラスの背蓋板は、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールの導光板として使われ、導光できるガラスの背蓋板は、支持フレームに嵌合されて、支持フレームと貼付固定され、ガラスの背蓋板の両側若しくは一側の支持フレームに光源を設け、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールの底部反射シート(bottom reflector sheet)は、印刷され或いはガラスの背蓋板の外側に貼付させることを特徴とする請求項1または4に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 液晶表示スクリーン本体を含み、前記液晶表示スクリーン本体は、固体状可撓性紫外線(UV)貼付剤で、順次貼付されたスクリーン保護ガラス或いはタッチスクリーンモジュールの要素の一と、液晶スクリーンモジュールと、支持フレームと、ガラスの背蓋板とを含み、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールは、支持フレーム内に嵌合され、液晶表示スクリーン本体のエッジは、透明なシーラー塗料を塗ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記スクリーン保護ガラス若しくはタッチスクリーンモジュールであるスクリーン保護剤、支持フレーム、及びガラスの背蓋板は、順次貼付され、前記液晶スクリーンモジュールとエッジライティングバックライトモジュールは、支持フレーム内に嵌合され、液晶スクリーンモジュールは、スクリーン保護ガラス若しくはタッチスクリーンモジュールと貼付されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- タッチスクリーンモジュールのガラス表面とガラスの背蓋板の表面に、各々ITO(indium tin oxide)導電膜をコーティングし、そして、各々のITO導電膜が接地することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記ガラスの背蓋板の内側に白いまたは黒いインクで印刷されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーン。
- 前記液晶表示スクリーン本体の両側は、シャフトを設け、前記シャフトは、一つの支持フレームと移動可能に接続することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記ガラスの背蓋板は、導光ができ、導光できるガラスの背蓋板は、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールの導光板として、支持フレーム内に嵌合され、支持フレームと貼付固定され、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールの底部反射シート(bottom reflector sheet)が、印刷され或いはガラスの背蓋板の外側に貼付され、エッジライティングバックライトモジュールの上部保護シート(フィルム)、プリズムシート(フィルム)及び拡散シート(フィルム)は、支持フレームに嵌合され、ガラスの背蓋板の両側或いは一側の支持フレームは、光源を設けることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
- 前記液晶表示スクリーン本体は、弧度を有することを特徴とする請求項6または11に記載の一体型全密閉液晶スクリーンの製造方法。
