Description
(1)チタン酸バリウムを含む高誘電材料と、フッ化ビニリデン系ポリマーを含む誘電体基材と、炭酸プロピレン及びN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドを含む溶媒とを含むコンポジット誘電体材料であって、炭酸プロピレンのN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドに対する体積比が1/11〜1/3である、コンポジット誘電体材料。
本発明は、高誘電材料と、誘電体基材と、溶媒とを含むコンポジット誘電体材料に関し、より具体的には、コンポジット誘電体材料は、チタン酸バリウムを含む高誘電材料と、フッ化ビニリデン系ポリマーを含む誘電体基材と、炭酸プロピレン及びN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドを含む溶媒とを含む。
ハンセン溶解度パラメータを用いて、溶媒としての炭酸プロピレン及びN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドの最適な組成を、チタン酸バリウム及びポリフッ化ビニリデンのそれぞれに対して求めた。ここで、ハンセン溶解度パラメータとは、物質の溶媒に対する溶解性の指標である。具体的には、ハンセン溶解度パラメータにおける相対エネルギー差を、「Hansen Solubility Parameters:A User's Handbook, Second Edition」(第1−310頁、CRC Press、2007年発行)に記載されている計算式によって求めた。ハンセン溶解度パラメータにおいて、溶媒のある物質に対する溶解能は、相対エネルギー差によって判断することができる。ハンセン溶解度パラメータにおける相対エネルギー差(RED)が、RED<1である場合、溶媒と当該物質は相溶性がある。図1に、所定の体積比の炭酸プロピレン(PC)及びN,N−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)のチタン酸バリウム(BTO)及びポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)に対する相対エネルギー差(RED)を示す。

Claims (1)
- チタン酸バリウム又は3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン及びビニルトリメトキシシランから選択されるシラン系カップリング剤で表面処理されたチタン酸バリウムと、フッ化ビニリデン系ポリマーと、炭酸プロピレン及びN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドからなる溶媒とからなるコンポジット誘電体材料であって、炭酸プロピレンのN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドに対する体積比が1/11〜1/3である、コンポジット誘電体材料。
