Description
さらに、本発明の目的は、エアバックの設置場所の設置領域に対する3Dスキャン情報を使用し、設置領域の形状を識別した以後に、設置領域に設置される他の構造物により損傷されないようにエアバックを製作して船体に設置する船舶用浸水防止システム及びこれを有する船舶を提供することにある。
制御器250は、作動スイッチ230から開閉信号を受信して開閉バルブ220を駆動させ、消火ガスをガス注入管210に接続されるエアバック部300に強制注入して膨脹させる役割をする。

Claims (6)
- 船体に具備される設置領域に消火ガスを噴射する消火ガス噴射部と、
前記設置領域に配置される3次元(3D)形状のエアバック部と、
前記設置領域に浸水が発生する場合、前記消火ガスを前記エアバック部に供給し、前記エアバックを前記設置空間で膨張させて強制浮力を形成するエアバック作動部と、
を含み、
前記エアバック部は、前記設置領域の3D形状に対応して形成され、
前記設置領域は、複数の設備を含む設備設置領域と、移動及び脱出経路を形成する移動通路領域を形成し、
前記エアバックは、前記設備設置領域と前記移動通路領域を所定間隔で離隔されて3D形状に形成され、
前記エアバック部は膨張した時に、前記設置領域の壁体に複数の接合部を通じて接続され、
前記接合部は、前記エアバック部を物理的に保護する保護板を含むことを特徴とする船舶用浸水防止システム。 - 前記エアバック作動部は、
前記設置領域に露出して前記エアバック部に接続され、前記消火ガス噴射部に接続され、前記消火ガスの流路を形成し、前記消火ガスを前記エアバック部の内部に噴射する複数のガス注入ノズルが設置されるガス注入管と、
前記ガス注入管に設置され、前記消火ガスの流路を開閉する開閉バルブと、
前記開閉バルブを開閉させる作動スイッチと、
前記作動スイッチから開閉信号を受信し、前記開閉バルブを駆動させて前記消火ガスを前記ガス注入管に接続される前記エアバック部に強制注入して膨脹させる制御器と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用浸水防止システム。 - 前記設置領域は、前記設置領域での浸水を感知する浸水感知センサが設置され、
前記作動スイッチは、前記浸水感知センサと連動され、
前記制御器は、
前記浸水感知センサから浸水感知に対する信号を受信して前記開閉バルブを駆動させ、前記ガス注入管に接続される前記エアバック部に前記消火ガスを強制注入して膨脹させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶用浸水防止システム。 - 前記開閉バルブは、受信器を具備し、
前記制御器は、送信器を具備し、
前記制御器は、遠隔で前記送信器を用いて設定された周波数帯域に駆動信号を前記開閉バルブで無線送信して遠隔で駆動制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶用浸水防止システム。 - 前記エアバック部は、前記設置領域に対応する形状を有し、防水性と耐久力を有するナイロン又はケブラー材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用浸水防止システム。
- 第1乃至第5のうちいずれか1項の船舶用浸水防止システムを含むことを特徴とする船舶。
