Claims (9)
- 第1及び第2端部(3、3‘)が1つの第1或いは1つの第2工具頭部(6、7)によって加工され、加工時間中継続的に材料が前記第1及び第2回転工具頭部(6、7)によって除去され、加工時間(t)が時間増分(Δti)に分割され、前記時間増分(Δti)に前記工具頭部(6、7)のそれぞれ1つのトルク( M(ti)、 M‘(ti))が測定され、各時間増分(Δti)に1つの前記時間増分(Δti)中に除去されたそれぞれの材料量に対応するそれぞれのエネルギー消費 (E(Δti)、E‘(Δti))が算出され、前記それぞれのエネルギー消費 (E(Δti)、E‘(Δti))から前記除去された総材料量に対応する前記第1及び前記第2工具頭部(6、7)の1つの総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))が算出されることで1つの実際の長さ(L1)及び1つの第1及び1つの第2端部(3、3‘)を有する加工対象物である長側面部(1)を加工する方法。
- 前記両総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))の比率が所定の割合に調節されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された方法。
- 各時間増分(Δti)中に前記工具頭部(6、7)の回転角速度(ω(ti)、ω‘(ti))が測定され、回転角速度( ω(ti)、ω‘(ti))及び前記トルク(M(ti)、M‘(ti))及び前記時間増分(Δti)の持続時間から前記時間増分(Δti)中のそれぞれのエネルギー消費(E(Δti)、E‘(Δti))が算出されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 各前記工具頭部(6、7)の前記それぞれのエネルギー消費(E(Δti)、E‘(Δti))が合計され、各前記工具頭部(6、7)の総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))が決定されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記両総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))が同様に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記長側面部(1)が左右対称にその両端(3、3‘)で加工されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 継続的に前記第1及び前記第2端部(3、3‘)の前記除去される材料量が決定され、前記両工具頭部(6、7)が、前記1つの工具頭部(6)の前記総エネルギー消費(E(t))が前記もう1つの工具頭部(7)の前記総エネルギー消費(E‘(t))よりも大きいとき、前記もう1つの工具頭部(7)の送りが1つの工具頭部(6)に比べて拡大されるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記両工具頭部(6、7)のそれぞれの前記総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))が、長側面部(1)の加工を開始してから完遂するまでの出力工程中に決定され、前記両総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))が互いに相違するとき、次に加工される長側面部(1)が前記出力工程の前記総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))を顧慮して加工され、前記総エネルギー消費(E(t)、E‘(t))の差異を減少させることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記長側面部が管部(1)であり前記両端部(3、3‘)でそれぞれ1つの内面取り(9、9‘)及び/又は外面取り(8、8‘)及び/又は計画寸法(10、10‘)が除去されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
