Claims (8)
- スリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置であって、少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキ(14)に圧力媒体を供給するための駆動可能な圧力発生器(26)を有しており、前記圧力発生器(26)の吸込み側(28)が、前記ホイールブレーキ(14)の、減圧弁(22)によって制御可能な戻し管路(20)に接続されていて、また前記圧力発生器の吐出側(38)が、前記車両ブレーキ装置の操作可能なマスタブレーキシリンダ(10)に接続された、前記ホイールブレーキ(14)の、増圧弁(16)によって制御可能なインレット(18)に接続されており、前記圧力発生器(26)が、圧力媒体流量を制御するために、少なくとも1つのポンプ吸入バルブ(30)および少なくとも1つのポンプ吐出バルブ(32)を備えている形式のものにおいて、
前記ポンプ吐出バルブ(32)は、圧力媒体が前記圧力発生器(26)に逆流することを阻止し、
更に、前記ポンプ吐出バルブ(32)の下流に、前記圧力発生器(26)の前記吐出側(38)が前記マスタブレーキシリンダ(10)の圧力により負荷されることを阻止する手段(40)が設けられている
ことを特徴とするスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記手段(40)が逆止弁を有しており、該逆止弁が前記圧力発生器(26)の圧送方向で貫流可能であり、前記圧力発生器(26)の圧送方向とは逆方向を遮断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記逆止弁が、圧力負荷された弁閉鎖体、および該弁閉鎖体によって制御された弁座を有するスプリング無しの弁である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記弁閉鎖体が球またはバルブプレートとして構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記圧力発生器(26)と前記手段(40)とが1つの構成要素に統合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記圧力発生器(26)が往復動ポンプであって、該往復動ポンプが脈動減衰装置(42)を備えており、前記脈動減衰装置(42)が、前記ポンプ吐出バルブ(32)の下流でしかも前記手段(40)の上流に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記脈動減衰装置(42)が、圧力に依存して体積が変化する脈動減衰器(44)および絞り(46)を有しており、前記脈動減衰器(44)が、少なくとも、前記圧力発生器(26)が1回の圧送ストロークで圧送する体積を収容する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記脈動減衰装置(42)の前記脈動減衰器(44)が、少なくとも1つの弾性的に変形可能なダイヤフラムまたは弾性的に変形可能な蛇腹、または弾性部材の力に抗して可動なピストンを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
