Claims (9)
- 圧力発生器、好適にはスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置のピストンポンプの圧力脈動を特に平滑化するための減衰装置であって、
前記減衰装置(10)に圧力媒体を供給するためのインレット(14)及びアウトレット(16)と、前記インレット(14)及び前記アウトレット(16)に接続された第1の圧力室(20)と、圧縮可能な媒体、好適にはガスで満たされた第2の圧力室(24)と、前記第1の圧力室(20)と前記第2の圧力室(24)との間に分離装置(40)とを有している形式のものにおいて、
第3の圧力室(30)が設けられており、この第3の圧力室(30)は、組み込まれた抵抗(34)、好適には絞りまたはオリフィスを備えた圧力媒体接続部(32)を介して、前記第1の圧力室(20)に接続されており、前記分離装置(40)は、前記第2の圧力室(24)に対して前記第3の圧力室(30)を分離するためにさらに改良されていて、前記第3の圧力室(30)の圧力で前記第2の圧力室(24)を負荷することができる ことを特徴とする減衰装置。 - 前記分離装置(40)が、
弾性的に変形可能な少なくとも1つのダイヤフラム(22)を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の減衰装置。 - 前記分離装置(40)が、
弾性的に変形可能な中空体減衰エレメント(36)、好適には蛇腹部材を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の減衰装置。 - 前記分離装置(40)が、
前記ダイヤフラム(22)のための少なくとも1つの機械的なストッパ(26;28;46)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の減衰装置。 - 前記分離装置(40)が、
前記第1の圧力室(20)を雰囲気に対して遮断する第2のダイヤフラム(42)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか1項に記載の減衰装置。 - 前記インレット(14)及び前記アウトレット(16)が、
空間的に互いに間隔を保って前記第1の圧力室(20)内に開口している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の減衰装置。 - 前記インレット(14)及び前記アウトレット(16)が、
それぞれ前記分離装置(40)の前記ダイヤフラム(22)の延在方向に対して概ね直角に前記第1の圧力室(20)内に開口している
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の減衰装置。 - ホイールブレーキ(54)及び圧力発生器(62)を有する少なくとも1つのブレーキ回路(50)を備えたスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置において、
前記圧力発生器(62)に液圧式に後置接続された請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの減衰装置(10)を装備している
ことを特徴とするスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - ハウジングブロックを有する液圧ユニットを備えており、前記ハウジングブロックに、前記ブレーキ回路(50)の構成要素を収容する収容部が形成されており、前記圧力発生器(62)及び前記減衰装置(10)が1つの共通の収容部内に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
