Description
Claims (17)
- 金属ストリップを溶融めっきするための設備(1)であって、前記設備(1)は、
前記金属ストリップを通路に沿って移動させる手段と、
溶融槽(4)を収容するためのポット(3)と、
ポット(3)の下流の前記通路の両側に配置された少なくとも2つのノズル(7)を備える払拭システム(5)であって、各ノズル(7)は少なくとも1つのガス出口(8)を有し、払拭システム(5)は、前記ノズル(7)の上流で金属ストリップの周りの雰囲気を閉じ込めるための下閉じ込め部(18)と、前記ノズル(7)の下流で金属ストリップの周りの雰囲気を閉じ込めるための上閉じ込め部(30)と、を備えるボックス(16)を有し、前記払拭システム(5)はポット(3)に対して下閉じ込め部(18)を垂直に移動させるための第1移動手段を有する、払拭システム(5)と、
を備え、
ノズル(7)はポット(3)に対して垂直に移動可能であり、払拭システム(5)は、ポット(3)および下閉じ込め部(18)の両方に対して上閉じ込め部(30)を垂直に移動させるための第2移動手段(7、10)を備える、
設備(1)。 - 上閉じ込め部(30)が、ポット(3)に対するノズル(7)の垂直移動がポット(3)および下閉じ込め部(18)に対して同じ規模の上閉じ込め部(18)の垂直移動を引き起こすように、ノズル(7)と接続されている、請求項1に記載の設備(1)。
- 下閉じ込め部(18)が、底部位置と上部位置との間で垂直に移動可能であり、下閉じ込め部(18)は底部位置において溶融槽(4)の中に部分的に浸漬されるように意図される、請求項2に記載の設備(1)。
- 下閉じ込め部が、通路の両側に1つずつ、2つの下プレート(18)を備え、前記下プレート(18)はポット(3)の上に位置する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の設備(1)。
- 第1移動手段が、ポット(3)を下プレート(18)に接続するジャッキ(28)を備える、請求項4に記載の設備。
- 上閉じ込め部が、通路の両側に1つずつ、2つの上プレート(30)を備え、各上プレート(30)は、通路の同じ側に位置する対応する下プレート(18)に対して垂直方向に摺動可能である、請求項4または5に記載の設備(1)。
- ボックス(16)が、垂直方向に沿って下プレート(18)に対する上プレート(30)の移動を案内するために、対応する下および上プレート(18、30)の対向面の間に位置する案内レール(38)をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の設備(1)。
- 金属ストリップの通路の同じ側に位置する対応する下プレート(18)に関連付けられた各上プレート(30)が、ボックス(16)の縦壁を形成し、ボックス(16)は、ボックス(16)を側方で閉鎖するために縦壁の間に延在する横壁(40)をさらに備える、請求項6または7に記載の設備(1)。
- 各横壁(40)が、上プレート(30)を互いに接続する上横プレート(44)と、下プレート(18)を互いに接続する下横プレート(42)と、上横プレート(44)と下横プレート(42)との間に延在するV字型接続部品(46)と、を備え、Vの角度は上および下プレート(18、30)の相対移動に応じて変化する、請求項8に記載の設備(1)。
- ボックス(16)が、縦シャッタ(50)をさらに備え、各縦シャッタ(50)は、横端を閉鎖するように、V字型接続部品(46)のうちの対応する1つの横端を横切ってボックス(16)の縦壁と実質的に平行な平面内に延在する、請求項9に記載の設備(1)。
- 払拭システム(5)が、ノズル(7)の下流でボックス(16)の中に不活性ガスを注入するための少なくとも1つの補助パイプ(60)を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の設備(1)。
- 払拭システム(5)が、ノズル(7)の上流でボックス(16)の中に不活性ガスを注入するための少なくとも1つの補助パイプ(62)を有する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の設備(1)。
- 払拭システム(5)が、ボックス(16)の中の酸素含有量を測定する酸素含有量測定装置(64)を備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の設備(1)。
- 上閉じ込め部(30)には、通路に向かって延在して金属ストリップの通過のためのスリット(53)を画定する閉鎖キャップ(52)が載っている、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の設備(1)。
- ノズル(7)が、金属ストリップの通過のための間隙(9)を前記ノズル間に画定し、前記設備は、ノズル(7)から吹き付けられるガスの噴流が間隙(9)の中でぶつかるのを防止するように構成された衝突防止装置(54)をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の設備(1)。
- 前記溶融槽内に収容された溶融金属は、ZnまたはZn基合金を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の設備(1)。
- 前記溶融槽内に収容された溶融金属は、Alおよび/またはMgを含む、請求項16に記載の設備(1)。
