Claims (5)
- 도금욕조를 빠져 나온 도금강판의 표면품질을 향상시키는 장치로서,상기 도금강판의 표면에 불활성 가스를 분사하여 상기 도금강판 표면의 도금층을 일정한 두께로 유지시키는 가스 나이프, 및상기 가스 나이프의 상부에 설치되고 상기 도금강판이 소통되는 출구를 구비하며 상기 가스 나이프에서부터 상기 도금층의 응고가 시작되는 위치까지 무산화 분위기를 조성하는 덮개를 포함하는 도금강판의 표면품질 향상을 위한 도금층 조절장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 덮개에는 불활성 가스가 주입되는 가스 투입관이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금강판의 표면품질 향상을 위한 도금층 조절장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 가스 투입관은 상기 출구로 배출되는 가스가 회수될 수 있도록 상기 출구와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금강판의 표면품질 향상을 위한 도금층 조절장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 덮개의 측면 벽부터 상기 도금강판의 거리는 70mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도금강판의 표면품질 향상을 위한 도금층 조절장치.
- 도금욕조를 빠져 나온 도금강판의 표면품질을 향상시키는 방법으로서,상기 도금욕조를 빠져 나온 상기 도금강판의 표면에 불활성 가스를 분사하여 상기 도금강판의 도금층 두께를 균일하게 형성하는 단계와,상기 불활성 가스 분사지점부터 상기 도금강판의 도금층이 응고되는 지점까지 형성된 밀폐공간에 불활성 가스를 공급하여 무산화 공간을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 도금강판의 표면품질 향상방법.
