Description
上記金属母材は、90質量%以上のFeを含有するFe基合金からなり、
上記金属母材が露出してなる母材露出部と、端子外表面に上記めっき膜を露出させた状態で上記母材露出部の表面を覆う防錆油からなる塗膜とを有しており、
上記防錆油からなる塗膜は、上記金属母材に吸着する吸着層と、上記吸着層の上に配置される油層とを有していることを特徴とするコネクタ用端子にある。
実施例1のコネクタ用端子について、図1および図2を用いて説明する。図1および図2に示されるように、コネクタ用端子1は、金属母材21の表面にめっき膜22を有する端子材料2より構成されている。
実施例2のコネクタ用端子について、図3および図4を用いて説明する。図3および図4に示されるように、本例のコネクタ用端子1は、ピン端子であり、略「L字状」の端子形状を呈している。コネクタ用端子1は、具体的には、PCBに適用される基板コネクタ(不図示)に用いられる。
以下、実験例を用いてより具体的に説明する。

Claims (3)
- 金属母材の表面にめっき膜を有する端子材料より構成されたコネクタ用端子であって、
上記金属母材は、90質量%以上のFeを含有するFe基合金からなり、
上記金属母材が露出してなる母材露出部と、端子外表面に上記めっき膜を露出させた状態で上記母材露出部の表面を覆う防錆油からなる塗膜とを有しており、
上記防錆油からなる塗膜は、上記金属母材に吸着する吸着層と、上記吸着層の上に配置される油層とを有していることを特徴とするコネクタ用端子。 - 上記母材露出部は、上記端子材料が打ち抜かれてなる打ち抜き破面、および/または、上記端子材料が曲げられてなる曲げ部に存在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ用端子。
- 上記めっき膜は、Snめっき膜またはSn合金めっき膜を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ用端子。
