Claims (4)
- a 複数個の押出孔が略長四辺形内に配列された口金から、溶融した熱可塑性合成樹脂を複数の線条からなる線条集合体として下方に押し出して降下させるステップと、
b 前記口金の下方において前記線条集合体の長手側面を挟んで配置され、前記線条集合体に向かって下方に傾斜して一部水没し、傾斜した下部において前記押出孔の短手方向の配列長さよりも狭い間隔で対向する一対の長手シュートの上に冷却水を流すステップと、
c 前記線条集合体のうち前記長手側面に位置する前記線条を降下させて前記長手シュートの上面に接触させることにより、前記線条を撓ませて略ループ状に成形し、隣接する該線条同士を不規則に絡ませて熱溶着するステップと、
d 絡合した複数の該線条を前記長手シュートの上面に供給される冷却水により冷却するステップと、
e 絡合した複数の該線条を前記長手シュートにより前記線条集合体の中心部下方に向かって斜めに誘導しつつ、前記線条集合体の前記長手側面を成形するステップと、
f 前記長手シュートの下方において、前記長手シュートの対向間隔より狭い間隔で前記線条集合体の前記長手側面を挟んで対向して配置される一対の引取機により、前記線条集合体を圧縮して成形しつつ、前記線条集合体の降下より遅い速度で引き取ることにより前記線条集合体を水没させ冷却固化するステップとを備え、
ステップaにおいて前記線条集合体の短手側面に対応する前記口金の部分からの前記線条の供給量をその他の部分よりも増加し、

前記ステップcにおいて、前記線条集合体のうち前記短手側面に位置する前記線条を降下させて前記短手シュートの上面に接触させることにより、前記線条を撓ませて略ループ状に成形し、隣接する該線条同士を不規則に絡ませて熱溶着し、
前記ステップdにおいて、絡合した複数の該線条を前記短手シュートの上面に供給される冷却水により冷却し、
前記ステップeにおいて、絡合した複数の該線条を前記短手シュートにより前記線条集合体の中心部下方に向かって斜めに誘導しつつ、前記線条集合体の前記短手側面を成形する請求項1の立体網状構造体の製造方法。 - a 複数個の押出孔が略長四辺形内に配列された口金から、溶融した熱可塑性合成樹脂を複数の線条からなる線条集合体として下方に押し出して降下させるステップと、
b 前記口金の下方において前記線条集合体の長手側面を挟んで配置され、前記線条集合体に向かって下方に傾斜して一部水没し、傾斜した下部において前記押出孔の短手方向の配列長さよりも狭い間隔で対向する一対の長手シュートの上に冷却水を流し、前記口金の下方において前記線条集合体の短手側面を挟んで配置され、前記線条集合体に向かって下方に傾斜して一部水没し、傾斜した下部において前記押出孔の長手方向の配列長さよりも狭い間隔で対向する一対の短手シュートの上に前記冷却水を流すステップと、
c 前記線条集合体のうち前記長手側面に位置する前記線条を降下させて前記長手シュートの上面に接触させ、前記短手側面に位置する前記線条を降下させて前記短手シュートの上面に接触させることにより、前記線条を撓ませて略ループ状に成形し、隣接する該線条同士を不規則に絡ませて熱溶着するステップと、
d 絡合した複数の該線条を前記長手シュートおよび前記短手シュートの上面に供給される冷却水により冷却するステップと、
e 絡合した複数の該線条を前記長手シュートおよび前記短手シュートにより前記線条集合体の中心部下方に向かって斜めに誘導しつつ、前記線条集合体の前記長手側面および前記短手側面を成形するステップと、
f 前記長手シュートの下方において、前記長手シュートの対向間隔より狭い間隔で前記線条集合体の前記長手側面を挟んで対向して配置される一対の引取機により、前記線条集合体を圧縮して成形しつつ、前記線条集合体の降下より遅い速度で引き取ることにより前記線条集合体を水没させ冷却固化するステップとを備え、
前記線条集合体には、前記線条集合体の前記短手側面に対応する部分である側面硬部、前記線条集合体の少なくとも前記長手側面に対応する部分である表面硬部、および前記側面硬部と前記表面硬部を除いた部分である内層部が形成され、前記側面硬部および前記表面硬部は前記内層部よりも嵩密度が大きく、
前記側面硬部を除く部分の嵩密度は、0.045〜0.085g/cm3、前記表面硬部の嵩密度:前記内層部の嵩密度=1.5:1ないし6:1とすることを特徴とする、
立体網状構造体の製造方法。 - 前記ステップfにおいて、前記引取機による引き取り速度を一時的に低下させることにより、引き取り方向において通常の引き取り速度による部分よりも嵩密度の大きな中間硬部を形成する請求項1ないし3のいずれかの立体網状構造体の製造方法。
