Description
Claims (7)
- 車両のフロントアクスルのサスペンションのための複合材料からなるストラットロッドであって、
車両の車体に結合されたピストンロッドアセンブリに連結される上部と、
車両のナックルアームを固定するための2個のブラケット(10、20)を備える挟持部の形状をした下部と、
亀裂検知手段と、を有し、
前記亀裂検知手段は、車両の車輪に偶発的な衝撃があった場合に亀裂が生じる可能性のある亀裂エリア内で、前記ストラットロッドの前記挟持部の形状をした前記下部の外面から突出して配置された、少なくとも1つの付加的なエッジ(40)から構成されることを特徴とするストラットロッド。 - 前記エッジ(40)は、偶発的な衝撃の影響下で優先的に亀裂が生じる方向に対してほぼ垂直な方向に向けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストラットロッド。
- 前記エッジ(40)は、前記挟持部を形成する前記2個のブラケット(10;20)の一方のブラケット(20)の端部の正面(20S)から突出して配置され、車両の車輪に偶発的な衝撃があった場合に亀裂を生じ、当該亀裂(《F》)の存在によって、前記ストラットロッドを交換する必要性を技術作業員に知らせることを特徴とする請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載のストラットロッド。
- 前記挟持部の各ブラケット(10;20)の端部の正面(10S;20S)は、湾曲した形状であって、中間扇形部により接続される2個の隣接する円弧区間から形成され、
前記エッジ(40)は、下方の前記円弧区間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のストラットロッド。 - 前記エッジ(40)は、当該エッジが配置される前記挟持部の前記ブラケット(10;20)と一体的に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のストラットロッド。
- 前記エッジ(40)は、前記ストラットロッドの製造操作時に、前記ブラケットと同時に一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のストラットロッド。
- 複合材料からなるストラットロッドを備えたタイプのサスペンション装置を有するフロントアクスルを含み、前記複合材料からなるストラットロッドが、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のものであることを特徴とする車両。
