Abstract
Description
(1)外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪及び前記内輪との間に転動自在に配設される転動体とを備える転がり軸受において、
前記外輪の外径面と前記内輪の内径面の少なくとも一方が、ベース材と硬化剤からなる有機バインダーと、固体潤滑剤粉末と、摩擦摩耗調整剤とを含む焼成膜を有することを特徴とする転がり軸受。
(2)前記硬化剤は、エポキシもしくはエポキシ硬化剤、またはエポキシとエポキシ硬化剤の両方から成ることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の転がり軸受。
(3)前記焼成膜の断面において、断面積1μm2以上の摩擦摩耗調整剤が、面積率で2.5%以上を占めることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載の転がり軸受。
(4)前記ベース材がポリアミドイミドであり、
前記固体潤滑剤が二硫化モリブデン粉末と黒鉛を含み、
前記摩擦摩耗調整剤が酸化アンチモン粉末を含む
ことを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
(5)前記固体潤滑剤の質量を前記摩擦摩耗調整剤の質量で除した値が、0.7より大きく、1.8より小さいことを特徴とする上記(1)〜(4)の何れか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
(6)外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪及び前記内輪との間に転動自在に配設される転動体とを備える転がり軸受の製造方法において、
前記外輪の外径面と前記内輪の内径面の少なくとも一方に、ベース材と硬化剤からなる有機バインダーと、固体潤滑剤粉末と、摩擦摩耗調整剤とを含む塗工液を塗布する工程と、
前記塗工液を焼成する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする転がり軸受の製造方法。
(7)前記硬化剤がエポキシもしくはエポキシ硬化剤、またはエポキシとエポキシ硬化剤の両方からなり、かつ、
前記焼成工程において、120℃以下で焼成することを特徴とする上記(6)記載の転がり軸受の製造方法。
(1)有機バインダーと、固体潤滑剤粉末と、摩擦摩耗調整剤とを含む。
(2)記有機バインダーはエポキシとポリアミドイミドを含み、有機バインダーの含有量は、焼成膜総質量の40〜60質量%である。
(3)前記固体潤滑粉末は二硫化モリブデンと黒鉛を含み前記二硫化モリブデンの焼成膜総質量に対する含有量は12〜34質量%であり、黒鉛の焼成膜総質量に対する含有量は2〜8質量%である。
(4)前記摩擦摩耗調整剤は酸化アンチモンを含み、含有量は焼成膜総質量に対し15〜30質量%である。
(5)前記摩擦摩耗調整剤は前記焼成膜の断面において、断面積1μm2以上の摩擦摩耗調整剤が、面積率で3%以上である。
(6)前記固体潤滑剤の質量を前記摩擦摩耗調整剤の質量で除した値が、1以上、1.5以下である。
(7)焼成膜の膜厚は5〜50μmである。
(8)下地としてリン酸を含む化成膜を備える。
本試験で、本発明の焼成膜の効果について検証した。
<軸受試験条件1>
・試験軸受:深溝型軸受(外径39mm、内径17mm)
・軸受材料:軸受鋼(SUJ2)
・ハウジング:アルミニウム合金
・試験ラジアル荷重:3577N
・内輪回転数:3900min−1
・雰囲気:CTVフルード、強制供給潤滑
・試験温度:100℃
・時間:48時間
・評価項目:ハウジングの摩耗量
本試験では、焼成膜に含まれる摩擦摩耗調整剤(酸化アンチモン)の影響を検討するために、表2に示す組成の焼成膜を形成した試験軸受を用い、上記の条件1にて評価した。また、二硫化モリブデンの原料粉末の平均粒径は3μm、酸化アンチモンの原料粉末の平均粒径は1μmとした。尚、下地処理としてリン酸マンガンを用いた化成処理を施し、有機バインダーとしてポリアミドイミド、硬化剤としてエポキシを使用した。また,焼成膜の膜厚は15μmとした。結果を表2に、(固体潤滑剤/摩擦摩耗調整剤)比と、ハウジング摩耗量との関係で示した。ハウジングの摩耗量は比較例2を1としたときの重量比で表すが、この値が小さいということはクリープ現象によるハウジングの摩耗が少ないことを示す。
・試験軸受:深溝型軸受(外径53mm、内径30mm、厚さ13mm)
・軸受材料:軸受鋼(SUJ2)
・ハウジング:アルミニウム合金
・試験ラジアル荷重:7300N
・内輪回転数:3900min−1
・雰囲気:JX日鉱日石FBKオイルRO68,強制供給循環
・試験温度:100℃程度
・時間:48時間
・評価項目:ハウジングの摩耗量
本試験では、焼成膜に含まれる摩擦摩耗調整剤の粒経の影響を検討した。
<軸受試験条件3>
・試験軸受:深溝型軸受(外径53mm、内径30mm、厚さ13mm)
・軸受材料:軸受鋼(SUJ2)
・ハウジング:アルミニウム合金
・試験ラジアル荷重:7300N
・内輪回転数:3900min−1
・雰囲気:日産CVTフルードNS−3、強制供給循環
・試験温度:100℃程度
・時間:24〜48時間
・評価項目:外輪がクリープによって250回転したときのアルミハウジングの摩耗量

Claims (7)
- 外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪及び前記内輪との間に転動自在に配設される転動体とを備える転がり軸受において、
前記外輪の外径面及び前記内輪の内径面の一方がハウジングに嵌合し、他方が軸部材に嵌合するとともに、
前記外輪の外径面及び前記内輪の内径面の少なくとも一方が、ベース材と硬化剤からなる有機バインダーと、固体潤滑剤粉末と、摩擦摩耗調整剤とを含む焼成膜を有することを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 前記硬化剤は、エポキシもしくはエポキシ硬化剤、またはエポキシとエポキシ硬化剤の両方から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記焼成膜の断面において、断面積1μm2以上の摩擦摩耗調整剤が、面積率で2.5%以上を占めることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記ベース材がポリアミドイミドであり、
前記固体潤滑剤が二硫化モリブデン粉末と黒鉛を含み、
前記摩擦摩耗調整剤が酸化アンチモン粉末を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の転がり軸受。 - 前記固体潤滑剤の質量を前記摩擦摩耗調整剤の質量で除した値が、0.7より大きく、1.8より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の転がり軸受。
- 外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪及び前記内輪との間に転動自在に配設される転動体とを備え、前記外輪の外径面及び前記内輪の内径面の一方がハウジングに嵌合し、他方が軸部材に嵌合する転がり軸受の製造方法において、
前記外輪の外径面と前記内輪の内径面の少なくとも一方に、ベース材と硬化剤からなる有機バインダーと、固体潤滑剤粉末と、摩擦摩耗調整剤とを含む塗工液を塗布する工程と、
前記塗工液を焼成する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする転がり軸受の製造方法。 - 前記硬化剤がエポキシもしくはエポキシ硬化剤、またはエポキシとエポキシ硬化剤の両方からなり、かつ、
前記焼成工程において、120℃以下で焼成することを特徴とする請求項6記載の転がり軸受の製造方法。
