Claims (6)
- 軸と、前記軸を取り囲むハウジングと、前記軸と前記ハウジングとの間に介在する転がり軸受とを備え、前記転がり軸受が、前記軸と前記ハウジングのうちのいずれか一方である相手部材とすきま嵌めされた軌道輪を有し、前記軌道輪と前記相手部材が、円周方向に延びる嵌め合い面を有する軸受装置において、前記軌道輪と前記相手部材のうちの少なくとも一つが、表面処理によって当該軌道輪又は当該相手部材の前記嵌め合い面を全幅に亘って分断するように形成された逃げ面を有し、前記少なくとも一つの逃げ面が、前記転がり軸受に負荷されるラジアル荷重の範囲内で最大のラジアル荷重を負荷された場合の荷重負荷圏で前記軌道輪と前記相手部材間に径方向隙間を残せるように形成されていることを特徴とする軸受装置。
- 前記表面処理が、固体潤滑剤を含んだ皮膜を形成する処理である請求項1に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記軌道輪のみが前記逃げ面を有する請求項1又は2に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記相手部材が前記ハウジングからなる請求項3に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記逃げ面が、前記分断する嵌め合い面の径寸に対して当該逃げ面の円周方向長さの中央部で最大の径方向深さをもち、かつ、当該中央部から円周方向に遠い位置である程に当該径方向深さを小さくした形状である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受装置。
- 前記逃げ面が、前記分断する嵌め合い面と滑らかに連続する形状である請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受装置。
