Description
A1は、単結合、−O−、−S−、−N(R3)−、−CO−、−SO−、−SO2−、またはこれらの組合せからなる2価の結合基を表す。
E1は、脂環式エポキシ基を表す。
R1は、単結合または2価の炭化水素基を表し、
R2は、単結合または2価の炭化水素基を表し、
R3は、水素原子または1価の炭化水素基を表し、
mは1であり、nは1以上の整数を表す。分子内に含まれるn個のR1、m×n個のA1、m×n個のR2、n個のE1、m×n個のR3は同一であっても異なっていてもよい。)
Xは2価の脂肪族炭化水素基を、
nは1〜6の整数を表す)
また本発明は、上記硬化物と基材とからなる積層体に関する。
具体例として、例えば、以下が挙げられる。2,2−ジメトキシ−2−フェニルアセトフェノン、アセトフェノン、ベンゾフェノン、キサントフルオレノン、ベンズアルデヒド、アントラキノン、3−メチルアセトフェノン、4−クロロベンゾフェノン、4,4’−ジアミノベンゾフェノン、ベンゾインプロピルエーテル、ベンゾインエチルエーテル、ベンジルジメチルケタール、1−(4−イソプロピルフェニル)−2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチルプロパン−1−オン、2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチル−1−フェニルプロパン−1−オン、4−チオキサントン、カンファーキノン、及び2−メチル−1−[4−(メチルチオ)フェニル]−2−モルホリノプロパン−1−オン等。
(I)第1の保護フィルムの一方の面に、光硬化性接着剤を塗工し、第1の硬化性接着剤層を形成し、第2の保護フィルムの一方の面に、光硬化性接着剤を塗工し、第2の光硬化性接着剤層を形成し、次いで、ポリビニルアルコール系偏光子の各面に、第1の光硬化性接着剤層及び第2の硬化性接着剤層を、同時に/または順番に重ね合わせた後、活性エネルギー線を照射し、第1の硬化性接着剤層及び第2の光硬化性接着剤層を硬化することによって製造する方法。
攪拌機、温度計、ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、下記化合物E 146部、4−メトキシフェノール0.9部、トリメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド7部を仕込み、120℃で攪拌した。空気を通じながらアクリル酸55部をトルエン200部中に加えた溶液を1時間かけて滴下し、すべて加えた後そのまま120℃で3時間反応させた。1H−NMRでアクリル酸が消失しているのを確認した。反応溶液を十分冷却した後、反応溶液を分液漏斗に移し、ここに酢酸エチル300部、水300部を加え分相した。有機相をさらに水300部、飽和食塩水300部で洗浄し、硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、エバポレーターで酢酸エチルを留去した。不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物(1)は200部得られた。
攪拌機、温度計、ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、下記化合物F 146部、4‐メトキシフェノール0.9部、トリメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド7部を仕込み、120℃で攪拌した。空気を通じながらアクリル酸55部をトルエン200部中に加えた溶液を1時間かけて滴下し、すべて加えた後そのまま120℃で3時間反応させた。1H−NMRでアクリル酸が消失しているのを確認した。反応溶液を十分冷却した後、反応溶液を分液漏斗に移し、ここに酢酸エチル300ml、水300mlを加え分相した。有機相をさらに水、飽和食塩水で洗浄し、硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、エバポレーターで酢酸エチルを留去した。不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物(2)は200部得られた。
攪拌機、温度計、ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、下記化合物G 142部、4−メトキシフェノール1.0部、トリメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド7.4部を仕込み、120℃で攪拌した。空気を通じながらアクリル酸57部をトルエン200部中に加えた溶液を1時間かけて滴下し、すべて加えた後そのまま120℃で3時間反応させた。1H−NMRでアクリル酸が消失しているのを確認した。反応溶液を十分冷却した後、反応溶液を分液漏斗に移し、ここに酢酸エチル300ml、水300mlを加え分相した。有機相をさらに水および飽和食塩水で洗浄し、硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、エバポレーターで酢酸エチルを留去した。不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物(3)は210部得られた。
合成例1でアクリル酸の代わりにメタクリル酸を用いた以外は合成例1と同様にして化合物(4)を作製した。
合成例2でアクリル酸の代わりにメタクリル酸を用いた以外は合成例2と同様にして化合物(5)を作製した。
合成例3でアクリル酸の代わりにメタクリル酸を用いた以外は合成例3と同様にして化合物(6)を作製した。
攪拌機、温度計、ガス導入管を備えた反応容器に、3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル−3,4−エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート(ダイセル化学社製2021P)119部、4−メトキシフェノール1.3部、トリメチルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド10部を仕込み、120℃で攪拌した。空気を通じながらアクリル酸78部をトルエン200部中に加えた溶液を1時間かけて滴下し、すべて加えた後そのまま120℃で3時間反応させた。1H−NMRでアクリル酸が消失しているのを確認した。反応溶液を十分冷却した後、反応溶液を分液漏斗に移し、ここに酢酸エチル300ml、水300mlを加え分相した。有機相をさらに水および飽和食塩水で洗浄し、硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥後、エバポレーターで酢酸エチルを留去した。不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物(7)は286部得られた。
不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物として化合物(1)を50部、4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート30部、イソボルニルアクリレート20部を配合しモノマー組成物を作製した。さらに、2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル-ジフェニル-フォスフィンオキサイト゛(BASF社製,DAROCUR TPO)3部を配合し、活性エネルギー線重合性樹脂組成物を作製した。
配合例1のモノマー組成物を下記表1のように配合し、モノマー組成物を作製した以外は実施例1と同様にして各測定を行った。表1中の4HBAは4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート、IBXAはイソボルニルアクリレートを表す。
不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物として化合物(1)を50部、4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート30部、3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル−3,4−エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート20部を配合し樹脂組成物を作製した。さらに、2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル−ジフェニル-フォスフィンオキサイト゛(BASF社製,DAROCUR TPO)3部、p-フェニルチオフェニルジフェニルスルホニウムPF6塩(サンアプロ社製,CPI110P)2部を配合し、活性エネルギー線重合性樹脂組成物を作製した。配合例1と同様にして各測定を行った。
配合例1のモノマー組成物を下記表1のように配合し、モノマー組成物を作製した以外は実施例1と同様にして各測定を行った。表1中の4HBAは4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート、2021Pは3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル−3,4−エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレートを表す。
合成例7で作製した芳香環が含まれない不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物である(7)を使用した他は配合例1と同様に試料を作製、評価を行った。
脂環式骨格が含まれないビスフェノールA型のエポキシアクリレート(共栄社製 エポキシエステル3000A)を使用した他は配合例1と同様に試料を作製、評価を行った。
[実施例1〜12][比較例1、2]
得られた樹脂組成物を活性エネルギー線重合性接着剤として使用して、以下の積層体を作成した。
接着力は、JIS K6 854−4 接着剤−剥離接着強さ試験方法−第4部:浮動ローラー法に準拠して測定した。
◎:剥離不可、あるいは偏光板破壊
○:剥離力が2.0(N/25mm)以上〜5.0(N/25mm)未満。
△:剥離力が1.0(N/25mm)以上〜2.0(N/25mm)未満。
×:剥離力が1.0(N/25mm)未満。
ダンベル社製の100mm×100mmの刃を用い、作製した偏光板を保護フィルム(1)側から打ち抜いた。
○:1mm以下
△:1〜3mm
×:3mm以上
上記偏光板小片を60℃−dryと60℃−90RH%の恒温恒湿機中に放置し、60時間後の延伸方向の縮み量を測定し、元の長さ(100mm)に対する縮み量の割合を収縮率とし求め、以下の3段階で評価をした。
○:収縮率が0.2%以下
△:収縮率が0.2%より大きくて0.4%以下
×:収縮率が0.4%を超える。
各実施例と比較例で得られた偏光板を、50mm×40mmの大きさに裁断し、80℃−dryおよび100℃−dryの条件下で、それぞれ1000時間暴露した。暴露後偏光板の端部の剥がれの有無を目視にて、以下の3段階で評価をした。「△」評価以上の場合、実際の使用時に特に問題ない。
◎:100℃−dryの条件下でも剥がれが全く無し
○:80℃−dry条件下で剥がれが全く無し
△:80℃−dry条件下で1mm未満の剥がれあり
×:80℃−dry条件下で1mm以上の剥がれあり
各実施例と比較例で得られた偏光板を、50mm×40mmの大きさに裁断し、80℃−dryの条件下で、1000時間暴露した。暴露後偏光板の色差を測定し、ΔYを以下の3段階で評価をした。「△」評価以上の場合、実際の使用時に特に問題ない。
○:0.1未満
△:0.1以上0.5未満
×:0.5以上
Claims (4)
- (a)下記一般式(1)で表される芳香環含有脂環式エポキシ化合物のエポキシ基1当量に対してアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸を0.5〜1.1当量添加して反応させて得られる不飽和脂環式エポキシエステル化合物と、(b)光重合開始剤および/または光酸発生剤とを含むことを特徴とする活性エネルギー線重合性樹脂組成物。
一般式(1)
A1は、単結合、−O−、−S−、−N(R3)−、−CO−、−SO−、−SO2−、またはこれらの組合せからなる2価の結合基を表す。
E1は、脂環式エポキシ基を表す。
R1は、単結合または2価の炭化水素基を表し、
R2は、単結合または2価の炭化水素基を表し、
R3は、水素原子または1価の炭化水素基を表し、
mは1であり、nは1以上の整数を表す。分子内に含まれるn個のR1、m×n個のA1、m×n個のR2、n個のE1、m×n個のR3は同一であっても異なっていてもよい。) - 請求項1または2記載の活性エネルギー線重合性樹脂組成物を活性エネルギー線照射によって硬化させた硬化物。
- 請求項3記載の硬化物と基材とからなる積層体。
